Pre-check in sped up the process to get in our room. Staff at front desk were helpful. Convenient location for walking to restaurants and the BMO Stadium. We stay here anytime we see a concert at the BMO Stadium. This time we used the gym and the pool which were both very nice.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. We were able to check in early because our room was available sooner than expected, and parking was available on the spot. There are plenty of places to eat close by. The hotel is conveniently located to the BMO, which was our primary reason for booking. I will stay here again if need be.

Although the room was facing campus and not fwy, there was noise from street but it is what it is. Also the price was a bit more than expected for a non brand hotel but for location and I think there was multiple events that weekend might have contributed to high price.

This property met our needs perfectly. Easy to find…check in was smooth and parking was easy. Room was ready and as requested in upper floor and clean. Location was within easy walking distance to our concert event at BMO. This is great as we have future concerts scheduled in next few months and have already booked again here.

bathtub was unusually high for some reason lol. Was a little take off guard with how high you needed to step up to get in, then again i'm 5'1 for reference lol.

Staff were super nice and helpful! :) Rooms were clean and comfortable. Its walking distance from the BMO Stadium which was very convenient. I also loved the fact that the parking(40$/night) is right behind the hotel which also has a back entrance that's right next to the elevators. The food selection in the area was amazing! Overall this is going to be my new go-to hotel

The shower was weird. You had to step up into it and so I was close to the ceiling but the water was hot so it wasn’t that bad just weird & a slip hazard getting out… but there was a bar to hold onto.

The bed was huge & very comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were good quality. I was really impressed they had cold waters waiting for us in the room & there was a light up makeup mirror that was so helpful in getting ready!

After check out, we couldn't access the parking structure without a room key. It makes sense, but no one told us.

Friendly staff, easy access, great and comfortable room with high ceilings, and an area to sit with a large couch to accommodate everyone. Two TVs and an extra sink outside the bathroom. Love the complementary water and coffee. Our room was right at the pool.

The hotel has everything you need in a hotel and right across USC campus making it the best choice for someone visiting USC. The reception staff were especially very helpful and responsive. They accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms and also let us check in early which was great. Next day different staff at reception was equally accommodating and nice. Breakfast at McKay was very good. Would recommend this hotel as best choice for someone visiting USC.

Clean and comfortable- we had some issues turning the TV on, we informed the front desk , went to get something to eat, and by the time we came back to our room the TV was working.

The desk in the room was badly damaged and embarrassing for me to see that while trying to surprise my fiancée that the rooms are nice top to bottom, on Sunday I encountered a maintenance young man in my room adjusting the towel rack in the room bathroom this was done without me knowing about them coming into my room this is un expectable I always put the sleeping in tag outside my door so no one will come in to clean during our stay this is my 12 th year staying here and I must be honest this was the most unpleasant experience I ve had here at USC hotel

I was charged a parking fee upon arrival, and subsequently charged again despite inquiring about the necessity of payment. This resulted in an excessive total parking expense of approximately $150.

The amenities were exceptional. The staff provided outstanding and attentive service. The room offered a superb view and was delightful.
