We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesSituation is that morning staff booked our room to someone else. That room is for deaf or for disabilities. We had a lot of trouble with communication. There's a need for staff training how to work with deaf and there is another motel who has 2 staff knows sign language could train your staff how to work with us. Also use a a note to give to customer on how to do like parking as it posted outside use credit card only which was very confusing. Same instruction note for every customer and how to get the car out of parking lot if it is free. It was a hard night for us travel 6 1/2 hours. Breakfast was a bit pricey.

United StatesThe cost of parking is expensive and there was a stain on the floor and we saw a similar pink stain in the hallway. Also not the hotels fault but the guest on my floor left beer cans in the hallway and by the elevators. Not the hotels fault but it definitely sucked to look at especially having my kids. Lastly, I was trying to order food and called room service and ended up calling like 6 times until I finally went downstairs to ask the front desk did the phone number not work anymore. I explained the situation and the kitchen manager to my surprise was right there. Her staff have been having issues like this for a while were they won’t answer the phone. So she apologize and took my food order. The lady that brought my food said someone left the phone in the bathroom… my first thoughts were why is the phone in the bathroom 😂😂 all in all that was my second stay there and I would stay again.

Was not informed at check in no free wifi is available for none Hilton members. Should have just told us and we would have signed up on the spot. Gym opens quite late at 6.30am.
