Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaThe fan in the bathroom was running all the time and we were unable to shut it off, so it was noisy the whole stay. The mini fridge was set too cold and had a large ice block in the back with no way to change the setting, so it froze all of our food. The toilet had extremely low water in it at all times which wasn't ideal for cleanliness.
Excellent location right by the US bank football stadium, Trader Joe's, and the Mississippi River. Staff are very friendly, and the interior is quite modern and fashionable. The beds are extremely comfortable, best part of the stay for sure.
