Not the cleanest walking in the hall ways. All the doors were dented to the rooms we saw. First impression was lack luster but the room itself was decent.

The overall experience was pleasent.

It was a bit shabby in parts, needed updating. Breakfast was poor. Back door to hotel would not open with key fob. Expensive hotel stay - perhaps because of the concert.

Very expensive for area and state of the hotel. It needs a deep clean and face lift. We paid 300$ for a so so room in a not so so location.

We've stayed in cleaner hotels, but also much worse. The hotel could use some updating, and that might help things look a little cleaner. For what they charge per night, they surely could afford something better than 1-ply toilet paper.

The location was great for our needs, the hotel was pretty quiet and we appreciated the larger sized bath towels that you can actually wrap around your body. We would consider staying here again.

Pool being closed and getting charged extra

I got charged extra for checking in 50 minutes early, and we were staying there because of the pool and we get there and the pool is closed, but the website said nothing about that.

We waited in line over an hour to get checked in. There was no breakfast.

It took almost 2 hours to check in and it was understaffed and the person who checked us in was slow and unprofessional. There was an event that night so the management should have had adequate staff for check in. Would not stay again.

The restaurant was closed, the plaster in bathroom was peeling in multiple places, the area to get drinks/snacks had little and the vending machine on floor was broke with out a sign. The room overall was nice and had a super firm bed that I liked but wife didnt

Shower 🚿 didn't work properly, not enough water pressure. The hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
