Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

El SalvadorAsked the people at Butler to make a dinner reservation . They called me back later to confirm the reservation. Arriving at the restaurant in due time I was told there was no reservation on my name an that they had not received a call from Raffles. The hole situation was very uncomfortable and annoying. I took the matter to the front desk but so far I didn't receive any clarification from the hotel.
Good breakfast, but I still prefer the European mix of buffet and a la carte menu. The attention of the service as a whole is excellent. William, for example, went far and beyond to fix a problem regarding mirroring my cellphone to the room Tv.

NetherlandsThe worst thing ;-) was when I asked for a soft boiled egg and got a hard boiled egg (once, in 4 breakfasts).
Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.
