The photos of the rooms look much better than the reality. There are many issues in the room: the door does not close properly, the water in the shower barely drains, there is no lighting in the bathroom. The TV is there, but no channels are available, and the internet does not work. The hotel itself is old, the furniture is worn out, everything looks dirty and poorly maintained. It feels like for this price you can easily find a much better option. Unfortunately, the stay was ruined.

The bathroom door had a hole and could have been cleaner. The towels were cheap and small. Windows did not have screens, so opening them allowed for bugs.

The food was bad and the staff were nice but spoke little english which made it hard to communicate.

There is not a lot of emphasis on customer service. Communication is unclear. In one place, it says you have to check in by 7pm (which is very early in the summer). But then when I emailed, they said we could check in by 10pm. Breakfast starts late enough that we went somewhere else for breakfast. And the pool, opening at 11am is late in the summertime. Especially when check-out is noon, there is very little time to use the pool before checkout. The front desk gave us very little information on check-in and we had to ask about things. (Where do we park? What's the wifi? Is there a code to use for the house door keypad after a certain time?) I think we were expecting something different.

The area is pretty. And if you are into camping, it's looks like the cabins and tents might be okay . But for a single overnight, the amenities are a bit sparse and inconvenient. The bathroom, while very sparse, is clean, and the shower was hot.

Water....or lack there of. Upon check-in all was good but when I went to use the shower the water got turned off. Staff said there was a problem with hot water so I gave them some time but all night nothing (the staff was actively working to repair it for a long time). The next day we had cold water but still no hot water the remainder of the weekend. The staff was very accommodating and offered up bathroom facilities in the main lodge which were great (thank you!). It was April so I'm sure the cabins were only opened up for the season just recently but please focus on cold/hot water. Other opportunities for improvement: The mini blinds are great but some curtains would be better; Add a small TV and/or Radio.

The cabin was very cute and very well decorated inside. The outside was just what you would expect in a Pocono Mountain cabin or lodge! The bed was excellent, very comfy and plenty of pillows. The staff was great and very helpful! The cabins were up the road from the main lodge which offered some additional privacy.

Office hours sucked there.No for me to call if I need anything.T he girl at the office had no personality.And why did I have to pay for a key of a charge of 19.00. Why is that?

Shower handle fell off. Low water pressure. Had a lot of trouble with toilet not flushing. Staff tried to fix it. Woke up with bedbug bites. No fitted sheet on bed, only flat sheet. Woke up each morning on bare mattress. Sheets had hairs all over. Left the light on while I slept so I didn’t get bitten again. Girl at front desk was extremely unhelpful. Locked my key in the room the first night but there was nobody on staff even though check-in was until 9pm. Luckily, I had another guest help me and was able to shimmy the lock up en so I did t have to sleep in my car.

For the price, I thought it would have been a little nicer room. I also fell that the grounds itself could have been nicer where the parking was.

It was right around the corner from my home so when my out of town guest visits, it's only literally 2 minutes away. Also, the beds are very comfortable.

Told they had chicken strips was served chicken nuggets. Latin Weekend wasn't advertised on their own site..which might have lead to the small crowd.

Rooms filthy and not attended to. No early check in and then annoying phone call to tell you about the resort you were turned away from. Front desk staff need lots of training.

The place on the whole could use a good cleaning. And touch up paint. Also this was a holiday weekend they could have had some more activities.

The pool was great. Lunch was decent but the portion for what you pay, not too great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bartender Jose was awesome!!

Key for the door didn’t work, replacement key also did not work. Had to get a new key from maintenance. Hot water in shower was hooked up backwards, turning to hot made it colder.

when I get there to do the check in was 4:50pm and the check in supposed to be from 4pm and there isn’t no room available, we needed wait 1 hour. when we went to the room, the small was so strong because the product they put and onde of those pillowcases they didn’t change, had stain of blood.
