Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms next door 104 & 106, I was in 105, I told front desk they were being loud and yelling in the hallway, they were loud throughout the night, I asked if I could switch rooms and pay for it & told no. Nothing was done
I liked the pool and the stuff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was ok, smelled like food when we first got there, had to spray something to make it go away.

There was a super-loud show in progress when I arrived. Thankfully, I was given a room far from the noise. The seats in the entrance foyer were extremely dirty and need to be replaced. There were no books or TV in this area to view while waiting to be collected.
The room was quiet and clean. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and professional. I liked that the room had flooring with just a small rug..

We had one hand towel and one wash cloth for two people.
It was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room honestly I understand they were sold out and we checked in after 3 but we got a room right by one of the exit doors and on Saturday night into Sunday we barley slept because of the other people staying there were really loud and noirs coming in and out at all hours but the 2nd night was night better. For reference the room number is 141
Overall really clean! Breakfast spread was pretty decent and good. Room was clean.

There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee cups. The roll of toilet paper was low and there was no spare. The manager apologized and said he would bring this to the attention of the housekeeping staff.
The staff, especially the woman (Kenya) who checked us in, was very welcoming and professional. The manager was appreciative of our business and wanted to ensure everything was in order. Good breakfast. Easy to see the hotel from the highway, it was a bit tricky to find the entrance. Nonetheless we would stay here again.

Did not like that there was no thermostat and manual operation had to be done to adjust temperature and heat for the room.
We liked the location and cleanliness of this hotel. Breakfast was good and vending was convenient.

The hallways were a little grungy but the rooms were clean.
It had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The breakfast was good too. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast had a poor selection of good.
I stayed 12/29/23 upon arrival the woman at the front desk was busy and did her best to get a big party of ppl checked in to several rooms. She apologized for the wait. She was very kind, friendly, and had a great personality.

There was plastic still on the mattresses that seemed to be new. We had to take off all the bedding and cut it off. When we did we found blood stains on the sheets which we exchanged for different ones. The hotel is hard to find in the dark. The room smelled musty.
