The Hotel and room was very tired and in need of refurbishment, but was OK for a 1 night stopover.

Complimentary shuttle bus to the airport was brilliant and very nice driver.

We had travelled a long way and were very tired and were awoken twice by another guest and then hotel staff trying to enter our room. It’s like our room wasn’t registered as being occupied. Not a very desirable neighborhood.

No batteries in remote, TV still didn’t work, toilet paper roll not replaced even though it was empty, AC duct taped to tube vent going out through the wall, duct tape no longer sticking, bathroom patched up with grout, no block out curtains, just blinds which let light in. Small pillows

Small room. Bathroom was newer and large. But the bed was small (a double, was supposed to be a King). Room was small overall. Furniture from the 50’s.

The staff were very helpful including the shuttle driver. Location near the restaurants and tourist center was good.

NO on breakfast Receptionist Katie was wonderful!! Kind, attentive,caring Camps out back are a definite NO go, glad there was a tall fence and never felt threatened just curious… how do people live like that! Sorry Anchorage has such high prices for such dives; suppose harsh winters would mean no occupancies.

The sheets and towels were to be changed on the 3rd day we were there BUT were not even though we asked on Wednesday night, my friend was told they send someone down to do it but it didn't happen, even on Thursday when we out all day nothing changed or cleaned. Happy my friend got clean towels Wednesday night. Rooms should be checked every 2/3 days to clean out the bins/sheers and towel if necessary.

For what the property has to offer, the price could be much better. Also there were many areas that showed neglect as far as cleaning and maintenance. It was a pleasant surprise to find a guest laundry available but I take issue again with the price, also with the lack of detergents etc, again with cleaning and maintenance, and finally the method of paying for the laundry was somewhat convenient but the fact that it put a somewhat large pending charge on my card was decidedly inconvenient especially because it's been several days without resolution.

One staff member, N. Muhammad, was excellently helpful and accommodating. He was outstanding in customer service and seeing to all our needs as well as his many trying responsibilities. Other staff were, for the most part, polite, friendly, and professional but unfortunately not very helpful.

I had winter boots and ice grippers on and I was still sliding in their parking lot and I was parked right in front of the building. There was no gravel or anything to help prevent anyone from falling.

Poor condition. No bathroom doorknob. Room was not warm. No airport ride service. Front desk staff tried to be helpful. Had cleaning staff enter the room twice when trying to sleep.

I complained for 3 days that my shower was not working properly, they promised to repair it but did not. The heating and air conditioning unit did not keep the room at a constant temperature. It was either way too hot or way too cold. The plug ins in the lamp did not securely keep my sleep apnea machine working, they were way too loose and you c ould not access the plug in behind the bed,

Breakfast was alright. Towels were fluffy and toiletries were nice.

Unorganized staff tho friendly. lack of toiletries replenished, homeless camp outside our window, had to call troopers twice on very loud tenants of which nothing was done about. Lots of addiction struggles obvious in surrounding area. I was very tidy in my room, all I left behind was my trash in the waste bin but I haven’t received my $100 room deposit back. I’ve also been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to ask about my deposit again.
