Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IrelandThe sheets and towels were to be changed on the 3rd day we were there BUT were not even though we asked on Wednesday night, my friend was told they send someone down to do it but it didn't happen, even on Thursday when we out all day nothing changed or cleaned. Happy my friend got clean towels Wednesday night. Rooms should be checked every 2/3 days to clean out the bins/sheers and towel if necessary.

United StatesFor what the property has to offer, the price could be much better. Also there were many areas that showed neglect as far as cleaning and maintenance. It was a pleasant surprise to find a guest laundry available but I take issue again with the price, also with the lack of detergents etc, again with cleaning and maintenance, and finally the method of paying for the laundry was somewhat convenient but the fact that it put a somewhat large pending charge on my card was decidedly inconvenient especially because it's been several days without resolution.
One staff member, N. Muhammad, was excellently helpful and accommodating. He was outstanding in customer service and seeing to all our needs as well as his many trying responsibilities. Other staff were, for the most part, polite, friendly, and professional but unfortunately not very helpful.

United StatesI complained for 3 days that my shower was not working properly, they promised to repair it but did not. The heating and air conditioning unit did not keep the room at a constant temperature. It was either way too hot or way too cold. The plug ins in the lamp did not securely keep my sleep apnea machine working, they were way too loose and you c ould not access the plug in behind the bed,

United StatesUnorganized staff tho friendly. lack of toiletries replenished, homeless camp outside our window, had to call troopers twice on very loud tenants of which nothing was done about. Lots of addiction struggles obvious in surrounding area. I was very tidy in my room, all I left behind was my trash in the waste bin but I haven’t received my $100 room deposit back. I’ve also been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting to ask about my deposit again.
