Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Every time I stay here, less and less of the ice machines are working. Sometimes have to go to multiple floors to find an ice machine that works, which is very inconvenient when the hotel is busy and you’re waiting for an elevator.
The staff is always very friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. As well as the ladies that keep everything stocked in the breakfast area.

They could have done a bit better with the breakfast but it's okay. I know it was complimentary.

Parking was across the street, in a parking ramp that you had to pay $5/ day.
Friendly staff! When we went for breakfast the women working their greeted everyone with a "good morning", a smile and an offer of assistance.

1)I felt it had a smoke odor in the room. 2)The afternoon we came in they were setting up for a weekend music festival right next to the hotel which I found extremely surprising for all guests. Thankful I was only there one night.

There was noone at the front desk most evenings after 7.

We had to go to the front desk to get the bedding for the pull out couch, and there were no extra pillows.

The furnace was very loud. Kept waking us up. Kinda pricey.

Cleanliness. Bathroom floor had tons of hair all over on it. Didn't even want to look at the sheets after seeing that.

If I have to put something it would be the parking $5/ day should be picked up as a thank you for staying with us.
The facility was super clean and really comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was very knowledgeable about the area. Covered parking $5/day. Alot of dining and fun places to visit within walking distance. Pool was indoor and very nice and neat and clean. Has a fitness center but didn't use but looked very well kept.

Accessible rooms were at the end of the hallways. I also had to rearrange the coffee maker to the end of the table so I could move the table far away enough from the bed so I could move my wheelchair around the room. I had asked for extra pillows but they were not in the room when we arrived.
Liked the day manager , the breakfast and the beds.

No restaurant or bar even though it's advertised. I even called a number that was in my room to the restaurant and it is still advertising live music and food specials. So we went down to eat and listen to live music, but when we got down there the front desk said there has not been a restaurant there for months. Also, No ATM.
The staff was terrific and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good as well.

I thought I had booked a 2 room suite (living room/kitchenette and separate bedroom, but that wasn't what I got. The staff did discount my stay and took care of the parking fees, so thank you for that.

My 1st room was missing a shower curtain and when I informed the assistant manager, she was very curt and didn't offer a sufficient solution. My best friend happened to have been a hotel manager at one point and had a stern talk with her which finally got an acceptable resolution.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clutter-free. The lobby, the breakfast area, and the rooms are very well designed. The renovation from what the hotel used to be to what is now was money well spent!

Felt a little outdated and needs a bit of a renovation. Room had a strange smell when we first walked in but nothing offensive, just “old”

Breakfast left a lot to be desired.
The room was nice. Would've loved a higher floor, but that's just me. Very clean and significant upgrades since last stayed at this location under prior ownership/management years ago. The fact that they comped parking was a nice surprise as that was not disclosed at time of booking.
