Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

First time arriving it was kind of hard to identify from the street and I ended up missing the driveway and having to circle back, they should have better car eye-line signage visible from those turning in from Koenig St. Wish the gym had free weights since I tend to use light hand weights while on the treadmill but small issue overall. The gym was nicer than most.
Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean. The central location is pretty good considering no charge for parking, close enough to downtown without having to get on highway, etc... though the immediate area directly around hotel is 10% sketch but I didn't have any bad or scary run-ins. There's lots of great restaurants within short drive. There's an HEB grocery store about 5-10 minutes by car which was in a nice area. Hotel offered a free breakfast which was pretty standard but where this place stood apart was the free happy hour Sun-Thurs. Having been in so many hotels in a blur lately, this set this one apart as a nice way to wind down at the end of the day with a free beer (they also do cocktails). Had no issues with Wifi. Major props for having guest laundry washers and dryers from this decade AND having them run from cards and not needing quarters.

Everything was great, specially the breakfast. Good location, comfortable bed. Definitely will book again that place if i back to Austin.

Everything is good
We liked the property. It was nice stay. And I had no problem with anything. Breakfast was as provided by any other hotel. Good it was. We asked for extra towels and they provided quickly.

The location was perfect for a UT Austin graduation, it was a short straight shot drive. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good and coffee was available at any time. The patio area outside was very nice. We enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. They also had plenty of areas to sit and relax.

The hot breakfast had many options (including a waffle maker) but none of the items were especially well made. Pretty standard for a hotel breakfast at this price point.
Check in was easy and my room was clean and quiet! Though it is next to two highways, I did not notice the noise.

Internet was very spotty and needs to be upgraded. Being a fan of biscuits and gravy I was disappointed that the gravy was always barely warm.
Pleasantly surprised with everything. It is tough to find a 100 per night hotel (Thanksgiving day and weekend). Clean rooms, both front desk and room service staff did a great job. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was excellent, about 5 min to downtown. Like any location close to a freeway I think they have their share of interactions with homeless persons. The interaction I saw had the hotel manager in a kind but firm manner ask them to leave the property. Breakfast was better than expected. With eggs, sausage, cut potatoes, oatmeal, biscuits ... And more. I would absolutely stay again.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. I frequently lost connection, which made working on my computer quite frustrating. Even in the lobby, the connection kept dropping; during a video call, it kept switching between my phone’s data and the Wi-Fi.
The hotel is in a convenient location, and despite being close to highways, the rooms are quiet. The staff at reception kindly offered me the option of an early check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast had a good variety.
