Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The service shuttle from the airport to the hotel was awesome! The staff super friendly and attentive. We landed late at night and they were so nice to us, we were exhausted coming from a 12 hrs flight, it made our day!

The halls and common areas look like big empty spaces, but one might say it gives it a certain genre. The shuttle service was not explained in advance. To the get a lift from the aiport, call the hotel once you arrive. They will give you instructions to the pick up point depending on the terminal you arrived.if you dont have a us phone number, you can ask the airport staff to call them on your behalf. To get a lift from the hotel to the aiport, dont forget to mention it to the front desk to make sure you can have a shuttle at the time you need.
Recently renovated hotel, the rooms are clean and quiet.good quality for the price for a quick overnight stop.

The restroom next to the reception desk needed attention.
The bed was one of the best we have slept in. Our own bathroom in the room was spotless. The soup we had at the lobby Starbucks was delicious and filling. The room was quiet. The shuttle service was essential to our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I could not find stairs to the second floor, requiring use of the elevator. This was a very small thing, and not at all necessary, but in the event the elevator was busy, I would have liked to be able to use stairs.
The complimentary breakfast had many options and was easy to help myself. The room was very clean and comfortable. Getting to and from the property was easy and there was a lot of parking relatively close to the entrance.

Just the tv sound button. I couldn’t figure out how to turn up the sound instead it would mute.
Jon picked me up from airport and was very nice and helpful. Got to hotel and went to room Very beautiful. Tv sound was not working correctly but I as tie and just went to sleep. The breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was still renovating in a few places, but it wasn't disruptive. It shows they're constantly improving. We also had a 30+ min wait for our morning ride to the airport, which was partly due to needing to refill gas.
The staff was very friendly, especially our free hotel shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel. He gave us an overview of the area during the drive and even gave my family a tour of the restaurant and outdoor garden later on. The facilities are very impressive (indoor and outdoor pools, multiple large function rooms, stately lobby and beautiful decor, etc.). The breakfast had a wide array of hot foods and baked desserts. The room was standard.

The air conditioner in our room once we turned it on left the room and came back it smelled like wet dog. Which was unpleasant to say the least. Thank goodness for odoban .

I wish I could have turned on the restroom light without the exhaust fan. Otherwise, I was happy with the amenities I utilized.

Instructions for the airport shuttle were not clear.

The La Perle restaurant had a limited entree menu. Ordered the chicken fried steak and it was inedible. Tough, “instant” gravy and instant mashed potatoes. The whole thing looked and tasted like a microwaveable cheap quick meal. Awful. Sent it back and ordered the only other option, a cheeseburger which was pretty good.

Unavailability of any gluten free food at the restaurant or any surrounding restaurants within walking distance. Contrary to the advertisement on Booking.com, Kosher food is not available at the restaurant, which I confirmed with the restaurant management. Very few vegetarian options.
Good location near the airport. Complimentary shuttle very helpful. Very good value for money. I had to leave too early to try the complimentary breakfast unfortunately.
