The original room that we paid for through booking.com address 2809 Pacific Ave. was awful. The floors were in need of new carpet and the room smelled musty. We upgraded to the other side within the hotel that was actually on the boardwalk and paid almost $200 more. The 2809 Pacific Ave. rooms were decent. They smelled much better. Not all staff was as inviting as the first lady that assisted us. They could have used some friendly smiles for sure. The room service sucked. It took entirely too long to get your needs fulfilled. I ordered wash cloths but was sent a bag of towels instead. Then the following day I ordered wash cloths again on two occasions. They took five hours to get there. The gym was great in theory, but the machines did not work properly. The indoor pool was not as cleans as it should be, so I did not get in.

It was a great location, right on the boardwalk. The room and bed were comfortable. The room was a decent size.

The location for the hotel is amazing, but I was not expecting to staying in the other side of the hotel (motel) I was booked my room to be in the same hotel faces beach.

Bathroom plumbing was horrible and loud. The walls were off color from mold and half fixes. When you flushed the toilet sounded like a generator starting. Water spots in the ceiling and corner. Just wasn’t normal Ramada standards for what you pay for.

The hotel is not secure- whether they know it or not, people are in the hotel who are not paying guests. The pool, fitness center, and other areas are not key-card protected. The pool room was very dimly lit.

I didn't like that the rom I booked didn't look like the picture online when I was booking the room. I was supposed to have a balcony and there was no balcony like the picture. It was just a regular room and not the suite with a balcony that I saw in the picture online.

I liked the location to get to the beach.

I had two babies and no way to get to my room without taking stairs. Upon first going to my room I had a cart. Housekeeping saw me coming through and left cart in my way. I couldn’t get through… I had to push their stuff till someone came and grabbed it. I was there a total of 4 days 3 nights and no house keeping to clean up or replace items.

We thought we were getting ocean front but we got a room across the street. But the room was nice. We had trouble with our TV & they sent someone over,& Calvin was great! He was friendly & knew what he was doing. I would stay there again, but made sure We got oceanfront

The parking is horrible the garage is not built for the cars to be able to use safely We actually couldn't park anywhere on Saturday night. Even though we had our parking pass no availability to park. Once you get up the parking garage almost impossible to get down. Scraped up my door trying to do so as cars are parked everywhere since no parking and rather than hit a car hit a post trying to get suv down Went to desk no one there to see where to park. Many cars had no tags but no one inforces the rule so clients can't park We had to park illegally and hope not to get towed and waited for first car to move that morning then ran to get a spot.
