Food and bed was comfortable

The TV needs some channels

It was very spacious inside. The rooms had a lounge area as well as bedroom.

It was a little dated in the decor.

Beautiful atrium, good breakfast

Scratched and worn furniture, scratched doors and baseboards, worn and stained carpets. Pool area worn. The facility needs remodeling. The AC leaves much to be desired - hot in room.

The layout with sleeping/, bathing, and living room areas.... it's a little "apartment." It's our favorite place to stay in Tucson.

TV very few channels

The breakfast is perfect really friendly staff and the pool is great just have a really poor experience this last time

So the first room that was given to me had a really bad smoke odor, room 369. The whole floor smelled really bad. Then in the room, the carpet was full of stains, and the TV did not work. Also, the smell lingered in the room; the AC was not working either. I went downstairs to request a new room , and the new room wasn't any better. The beds needed some upgrades , and the AC also did not work. Front desk told me to give it some time to kick in, so we waited, and it did not change. In the month I stayed there, I was there three times. The first time we had issues with the AC, room 309. The second time, there were no problems; that was room 314, and it was perfect. The third time was the worst experience ever. I even requested a refund and to look for another room elsewhere. But they said I would have to handle it with Booking.com This has always been our go-to place to stay, but after this, I am not sure we will be staying here again. My wife was so disappointed; the room was so hot that at one point we even thought about taking the loss and driving back home, but we were tired, so we just dealt with it.

Family friendly and the rooms are bigger than expected.

A lot of space . Very comfortable rooms very quiet outstanding breakfast.

I liked everything about the hotel

The bathroom in our room smelled like pee, the internet didn't work for the tv in the room and when I called and asked questions the guy who answered the phone acted like he couldn't be bothered and then when my husband went down for breakfast he was treated very poorly and was the only that was asked if he was really staying there. I

The ac not cold but ask for fan was provided and breakfast is cold needs more variety and cut fruit also this hotel needs to replace their curtains n bedsheets there are alot of stains my sheets had dried blood on them
