We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHad a strong musty/smoke smell. Most importantly. Ice machine was not working. Mid summer? But the worst part was being told by staff that I was unable to have my room serviced due to house keeping shortage? I was told the trash could be taken out and that was about it. When I asked if they were serious. I was told house keeping had to be requested 24 hours ahead I hadn’t even been there’ for 24 hours as I checked in at 3pm the day before and I was requesting for housing keeping services at noon, then I was offered house keeping service on the day of my check out. . I completely understand the challenges being experienced around the state with certain circumstances going on. But for the price of the 2 night stay and the multiple challenges the hotel presented itself with I think telling not being able to provide house keeping services is absurd.

United StatesRoom wasn't vacuumed. The anti slip bath mats were both full of mold so we couldn't use them. Which was a shame because the bath tubs were slippery. My husband slip, but luckily not injured. The shower head also sprayed off to outside of the bath tub.
