they were painting the exterior of the building and blocked off many spots in the front including the handi cap

I paid almost $400 for 2 nights in a Queen 1 bedroom suite. There was basically no separation between the bedroom and living room. A kitchenette was advertised but there was not one. Also our outlet in the bed area had a short and it took an hour plus the woman from the front desk coming up to get our tv to work. We spent the first night that room because we got there late and I went down to ask what happened the next morning since it didn’t meet the description. Apparently it was an accessible room. I said I didn’t need an accessible room. It was 9:30 am so they could have cleaned the room type that was described in my listing and switched me but they said it wasn’t possible. I feel like I way overpaid for the room for 2 nights as it wasn’t what was advertised. The beds were also rock hard and my husband and I both had a hard time sleeping in them. He tried the sofa bed but the mattress was so thin it probably wouldn’t have even supported my toddler. The breakfast was included and the food was decent. The coffee was not good at all. The shower did not have non-slip strips so you could slip in the shower. The breakfast had no pancakes or waffles no danish or bacon. Hot food was scrambled eggs & sausage patties with potatoes.

The king suite was a good value but the bathroom was only accessible in the bedroom. Whoever sleeps in the pullout couch has to open the bedroom door & enter the room to use the bathroom. The pool was clean.

Could have been cleaner. 1 Elevator was broken & the other made us very nervous. Biggest complaint is that breakfast already wasn’t great but then I watched an employee reload the beagles and English muffins with her hands! No gloves no tongs nothing just touched every single item of food others were going to eat. We didn’t care that breakfast was included after that we didn’t eat anything

This time I was in room 232 and it is right above the first floor bar/restaurant patio. The first night the music was a little loud and the second night somebody was out there yelling into his phone, with plenty of f-bombs.

When visiting family in the area I always stay here, great location, good basic accomodations...

The pool was full of children, very very noisy, splashing, jumping in, water everywhere other than the pool. Un-useable for us.

Staff were great, bar was a nice surprise, car parking was the best I have encountered.
