Our linens or towels were never changed, I had to ASK! and when they did we ended up locked out if our room at 3am AND they took all of my wifes clothes out of the room. Still waiting for them to reimburse my wife for her undergarmets they threw away...was supposed to get a call from the owner about this a MONTH ago. Im pretry sure thats NEVER going to happen!. FAIR WARNING....STAY AWAY!

Staff was very helpful and efficient. It was very inexpensive.. Beds comfortable and clean. Grounds were well maintained. Looked as if it had been a very nice place and hopefully will be beautiful when renovations complete.

United States of AmericaFirst we arrived there and parked to go to the front desk to check in, I stood there in the lobby for about 10-15 mins before getting anyone to come help me. I had to walk around outside in the courtyard to find staff and finally found someone after looking around in the lobby and even calling the phones in the lobby to get someone’s attention. I also was not informed before hand on booking.com that there was a $50 deposit upon check in even though the hotel replied to someone’s comment saying they do not have any additional fees upon arrival, which is not true. we were then given our room keys to head to room 106, NOTE:(I had gotten a non-smoking room!) we walked into our room where it smelled like nothing but cigarette smoke and weed, the chair had stains on it, our lamp was completely broken, and also I saw some of the previous reviews saying that they got rooms with cold water in the showers so I install checked that as well and sure enough it ran only cold water and I let it run for about 5-7 minutes before turning it off. after seeing everything in our room we installs went back to the lobby to speak with the lady about getting a new room because we were not staying in that one at all, since I expect to get my moneys worth with the addition of paying a $50 deposit. she did kindly get us a new room and walked us there to make sure it was to our liking, the next room was 10x better, but super frustrating to have to go through all that in the span of 30 minutes. please don’t be afraid to speak up at this property if it’s not to your liking or worth your money! I wouldn’t stay here again considering everything we went through but it was a place for us to lay our heads at which I’m always grateful for, but this hotel was super disappointing.
It was quite, beds were comfortable, and had a big flat screen TV with plenty of channels to chose from.

United States of AmericaThere were cigarette butts all over the property. People loitering in the parking lot. And the alley area where the first room was smelled foul. Items in the first room were broken. I didnt like that nothing about the hotel going through renovations was mentioned until I went to check in. The beds were so uncomfortable.
There was not a hot breakfast as advertised. Due to renovating they only offered a "Bag breakfast". Which was not disclosed prior to arrival. However I will say the agent that checked us in was great.

the second room we got. the first one was worn down, the light in the bathroom wasn’t working, there was a toilet plunger in the tub. we tried to call the desk but the telephone wasn’t plugged in and we found it didn’t have a cord to plug in. so it was just put on the nightstand like it was working. we went up to the front desk and Kevin helped us out getting us a new room. He was very nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaNo maid service stayed three days had to get supplies for room I am very upset with Booking.com they listed a rate a 41.00 a night which is the only reason I went there. I was charged 54.00 a night. I will never use booking.com again. The property would not honor the rate. I thought they were a reputable service. You can’t find a way to reach them either.👎🏼be very careful with them and check bill for correct rate.

United States of AmericaThe whole facility beyond the lobby was under renovation. Pool was akin to a cesspool with 10% water. Maybe 20% of rooms were habitable with notable half done things apparent. New paint slopped over hardware and floor, visible wiring, and a tv that was near inoperable. We had appointments in the area but checked out after one day. We have stayed in choice hotels many times but this puts the final nail in the coffin. PS. You did nothing about my last contact with an emergency cancel in Clearwater so this is our last communication. Good luck with your internet operation.
Breakfast? Not sure they had one. None was offered on checkin nor was coffee apparently available.
