Outdated and in need of repair. Hole in wall of room. The pool area had rusty ceiling fans and pipes. The pool deck is crumbling and the hot tub area was covered with a piece of construction plywood. The treadmill in the fitness room doesn’t work nor does the televisions in that room plus no remote controls for the televisions in the fitness room. Hallways are in need of repair as many holes in plaster and hallway carpet is dingy and dirty.

Be more courteous at the front desk. I asked for eating utensils, yes it was an accident that young man dropped the utensils. He picked them up and offered me what he dropped on the floor. I refused to eat or drink from hotel after the incident. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN IN FRONT OF ME!!!

Made request for a room . As i previously stay at this location. personally txtd with Danny.. confirmed the day before and day of arriving.. and he said he could .upon check I he had booked the person into my room The night before leaving request a lat check out talked to the night reception guy.. in the morning cleaning staff were at my door ..when discussed with Danny the morning of check out .he said there was no notes left for him .. about my late check outor my nephews late check out whom also stayed the same dates as me in another room

The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping did not clean the room I had to chase down the housekeeping.

My stay was really nice and it was clean and staff was accommodating.

First room we had was a jacuzzi from. The tub was rusty. The door lock was dented and the internal door into the bedroom had a huge hole like someone kicked it in and it smell like weed walking in and smoke in the room. They were nice enough to give us a better room but the bathroom was so narrow I had to enter sideways and my knees hit the wall when I sat in the toilet. The bed was lumpy

I booked it for the pool and hot tub but the pool was very murky and the hot tub was down.

I liked the setup of the room as it felt like a suite with the mini kitchen in it.

I did not like that my sheets had a pee stain on them. Also the bathroom in the suite was very tiny.

The room needed cleaned better, they should on there website say hot tub is no longer available it’s false advertisement I was very disappointed would not have stayed if I knew it was unavailable.

The pool was closed, the ceiling has a previous water leak, ceiling was peeling, mattress covers were stained and dirty,shower head was dirty, there was a ceiling leak in the hallway, they were using a garbage can to catch the water. Trash was piled up by the ice machine for 2 days, garbage was sitting in front of a door for 2 days.

The only thing negative that I could say about this property is the cleanliness I’m in the whirlpool room and there’s black mold on the shower and it’s not 100% clean
