Needs so TLC. Dirty carpet and outdated furniture

I was amazed how well the property was kept. Walking into the lobby felt like walking into a luxury hotel. For the price we were extremely impressed. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable, if not amazing. The parking was also wide and plentiful, and the access to the hotel was very convenient.

Our Mattress was not comfortable. It was hard. I have arthiritus so it would have been better if it had a cushy topper.

All the ice machines. ut one were broken. Breakfast area is set up poorly. People tripping over each other. Had to leave and come back later.

There was a chair in the room that had an old Body Oder to it . And the carpet smelt of feet. Both could have used steam cleaning instead of just vacuuming and fabreez

The bathroom has stale urine odor, bed is uncomfortable, loud noises until very late in evening.

Conveniently located right off of the 15 freeway, tidy room.

The fire alarms going off as just a test when we finally get a day to sleep in. It would have been nice if they did the testing in the afternoon.

It was a nice get away from kids for my birthday with my husband. Property is well taken care of.

The only thing that wasn’t great was that 2 of the the jacuzzi spots were blown out making it impossible to sit in front of. They just need to be adjusted or replaced. It’s a large jacuzzi but usually full of people on weekend nights so it’d be nice if those were fixed so people don’t have to sit too close to each other. Other than that the property is pristine & the staff are very nice. Please treat them well bc they’re willing to help w/patience. Kindness goes a long way here😊

Breakfast here is pretty awesome & we’re always full after. Scrambled eggs & sausage are great for me as a person w/Celiacs Disease, I bring my own bagels to toast. My husband loves the Belgian Waffle maker. There’s various cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal packets, milk, bagels, cream cheese, orange & apple juice or coffee. PS Remember to set your alarm on your phone to wake for breakfast bc by 9:30am it’s Done! Don’t miss out by over sleeping. I get up to eat & return to bed for another hour & half of sleep b4 I get up for my day. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are good sized in the 2 Queen, desk, w/a microwave & decent sized mini fridge. Be Sure To Turn Up The Cold Setting In Fridge if you want to use the freezer, bc it’s always set on Lowest cool. We had a glitch w/our car & stayed longer than expected but they were great about our staying in the same room & getting my meds being Fed Ex’ed. We definitely recommend staying here for any reason.

The furniture needed updating in the room - couch uncomfortable and lumpy. Staying on the south side of the hotel, the ice machine was closer to the north side - a bit inconvenient. Also, we ate outside by the pool for breakfast and coming back and forth thru that door, was nasty to see. PLEASE wipe down that door! I know it gets mucky with all the kids but that should be a routine for the cleaning crew to do that as they are washing the floors and tables in that breakfast room.

The bed was very comfortable and the large vanity in the bathroom was very nice.

There is nothing we didn't like but the pool timing would have extended till 12am instead of 10pm.

Convenient to the freeway. Hotel is aged, but decent and clean for the price..
