Hotel smelled like bleach. Property was not clean looking. No towels in the room.

Room floor tile was kinds slippery, felt like a cleaning agent that wasn't full wiped off.

Shuttle worked great and drivers were keen to help you, but you have to call to request a pick-up after landing.

Very dated hotel. Breakfast was poor. Plates, cups etc all plastic throw away. Wifi poor. Couldn't connect to pay for the room. Had to pay cash.

The fact that there was no information where to wait for pick up upon our arrival. I left two messages week prior our arrival to confirm pick up. I got no response and no information where we would be picked up. At the end, we had take and pay cab to get to the property. When we got to the hotel, there was nobody and we waited for receptionist quite a long time to return back to his table.

Low price for one night sleep during the long overlay. It’s close to the airport. The driver of shuttle service for back to airport was very nice and helpful.

There’s another hotel with the exact same name that’s on the opposite side of the airport. Be careful not to go to the wrong one. That should be clearly advertised. I walked to the hotel then found out it was the other one I had booked. So I took an Uber to the other hotel and the driver told me that this mistake happens constantly. The staff were hardly at the front desk in the evening and they didn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. The girl working at the front in the morning was quite lovely though. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

Right by the airport so good for one night if you have an early flight. Rooms were cleaned well.

This could be very easily a 9.0 hotel for this price if not for sound insulation. After travelling you want to rest peacefully without noise. Sound insulation was very bad. You could listen airplanes taking off and landing and also cars on highways like you were outside.

Breakfast was very nice, beds were comfy and very clean. Very nice pool Shuttle to the airport was nice

The staff were very helpful, but we did have an issue with what sounded like a low-battery smoke alarm chirping outside our room. We informed the staff, who offered to check it out, but the beeping continued overnight, perhaps once every 30 seconds. Very minor issue.

The hotel is located close to the airport and has a free shuttle, which we used after returning our rental car and again the next day to go to the airport. A simple continental breakfast is offered including waffles, yogurt, cereal, and breads. We were told that on the weekends, eggs were also offered. The rooms were basic but fine, especially for the price. There is a 24/7 restaurant across the parking lot with a menu similar to a Denny's, which was convenient. The hotel met our needs as a convenient place to spend the night before our flight out of Houston.

I will never come back here again cos there was a lady saying the same thing. Why not offer that information at the start of our stay. Front desk girl was very rude and when asked to speak to the manager she shoved a card in my hand.

The cleaning of rooms.. wasn't told you have to request the room to be cleaned. And when busy they will tell you they can't clean it. I extended my stay and the young man came to clean mt room the day before requested and so I rebooted for following day. Wasn't to breakfast was waiting in reception. The reception lady then said they cant clean my room. I said to her I'd already stripped the bed. She told me I mean make the bed myself...Really! I told her i suffer with my back and the bed is big. Why should I ad a gues be cleaning my own room. I'm here for over a weekend extended my stay and they've clean my room once a week. I'm so mad cos everytime they do this and the boy the cleans the area is very rude. He has this smirk on his face all the time. He's rude and lazy and always bypasses mt room then says he can't clean it because he has other rooms to clean or my room is not down to do.

The hotel isn't noise insulated - lots of aircraft noise at night - definitely need earplugs.

The key card system was not working, so had to be let back into room every time by staff with the master key! That was annoying/inconvenient.. but things happen.

The airport shuttle started at 6am and stayed there for it. But my flt was leaving 7am and had to take an Uber. Many guess ended up doing the same.

Breakfast was catered by Walmart. Everything was Walmart Great Value brand. Saw person sticking buffet use bare hands when putting out food. Dust skirt around bed had stains on it and hasn't been washed in forever.

It seems like this hotel was DIY-ed for its upgrades. The bathroom countertop had been installed but had since fallen down 3-4 inches on the wall, for example. The jacuzzi was nice to use but again, it had clearly settled down deeper than they anticipated so there was a sizable gap between the backsplash and the intended resting place of the tub. So you're basically trying to avoid holes in the wall lol.

It was a good-sized room and very close to the airport, which was nice. The complimentary hotel shuttle was convenient.

Overall a little bit rundown. Chairs in room were a bit dirty and sunken. But totally adequate for a 1-night layover stay.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was quite larger; larger than expected. Also loved how close it was to the airport. Very convenient.
