The room temperature was too warm. The patio door curtain didn't block out light, so it was hard to sleep.

Nothing. Everything was nice. We were in town for deer hunting and out of the hotel by 5 AM, so don’t know what the breakfast or the pool was like.

Room was very nice and clean. The Tavern 507 connected to the hotel was very convenient and the food was great. Highly recommend taking advantage of that!

Pool and fun at the hotel. We enjoyed every minute. The morning breakfast was delicious and lots of selections. We had a pool side room. It was a great location and short distance to have fun. Hot tub was very relaxing and comfortable. Hotel service was above par! Thank you!

Our door had to be nearly slammed shut for it to actually close and secure the room. The facility only had one elevator and the hall to get to our room seemed like a scene from the shining movie. It was a bit ridiculous to only have the one elevator for all those rooms.

The person who worked the breakfast room on Monday was a downer. George had told him to make plain eggs for us, and when we asked about them he lied that he was told we had checked out early. On Saturday a wedding party cem in after midnight. They were loud and rowdy showing no consideration for other guests. The front desk did nothing to quiet them down even after we complained. Another issues was I needed to print something from my computer and was told there was no facility to do so.

The breakfast was above par. Very good selection. However Pancake machine didn't always work right. The attendant George was superb. He was very concerned with guests being happy and worked hard at it. The room was pretty spacious and the beds were comfortable. However we wound up with a disable access room and the shower was a problem because the shower allowed the entire floor of the bathroom to get wet.

Staff was not very helpful or kind. At check-in the employee was preoccupied with computers and didn't want to answer questions, then the employee at breakfast was not friendly.

The food at the breakfast was good; however, they stop serving at 9:00 which seemed early AND we were finishing our plates of food when the staff member came in and told us he was closing down and we needed to finish quickly as it was nearly 9:00.

Waited 15 minutes to be checked in. Person at desk seen us coming and put up back in a moment sign. Walked away and had a poor attitude. Room had 1 drinking cup,just one.! Kleenex box was empty. Breakfast buffet should have hand sanitizer. People eating there was coughing and sneezing all over their hands. Lamp in room had a burned out bulb.

One problem, mom is 98 and the handicap accessible room we requested was GREAT, however the beds were so high she had to climb up into them ( not easy at 98) and for that reason she worried about falling trying to make her nightly bathroom runs. This worry kept us both up most of the night. I was surprised at the bed height when everything else in the room was wheelchair accessible.

Perfect location, visiting family member in nearby memory care hospital. Staff was great, motel was very quiet, breakfast was more than enough, internet worked great.

Limited staff tried his best to help us with items such as ice, The lack of an ice machine was frustrating. Tolieties supplies in the bathroom were missing.

A motel WAS available on our route. Rural South Dakota is very limited in accommodations, so was glad to find one available. the unique "touchless Pancake Maker" was a big hit.

it seemed short staffed, for example our room wasn’t ready to move into at 4 pm. should have been ready by three but too few cleaners. I don’t blame the cleaners, but it was disappointing to turn up late and not be able to check in. also there was a lot of black mould on the ceiling - also don’t blame the cleaners for that as that is a maintenance issue (and health hazard).

my door wasn’t able to lock when I left the room during my entire stay. I notified front desk and they said they would send a maintenance person. that never happen. my room never got cleaned. I had to personally go to desk to get fresh towels every day. also the shower in the pool area the shower handle was about to fall off. over all a nice place but the over all day to day maintenance is substandard. and rooms are not being cleaned daily. it wasn’t just me several other people complained about it also. this problem all falls on poor management. if there even is a hotel manager
