The rooms were clean but appear dirty because of the quality of the upkeep. Repairs are shotty - In the bathroom, the repairs to the bathtub floor were sloppy. The mirror has bleach marks from toothpaste. Pergola over the hot tub is in terrible shape.

Best value in town. Right in the middle of all the action.

The views: out the back window, the view was of a fence and out the front, the parking lot.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

At day two of our visit our cards seemingly stopped working, got fixed, but would have been an annoyance if we had arrived a couple of hours later back to the hotel.

If this is the cheapest hotel in Moab (with a pool), then you honestly have no excuse not to get it. Clean facilities, right next to two different Diners and an extremely warm four minute walk to other options; you are golden. Been here twice to visit the national parks in the area, and it is such a great stay for this option.

The property was great. The problem I had was with Booking.com because somehow I got charged twice for the room. Thankfully they have agreed to reimburse me.

    Nothing.

Stayed here for 2 nights as good lcoation close to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. Good room, clean and comfortable and good size swimming pool available as well. Hotel was quiet at the time of our stay (early July 2025) so we had pool to ourselves which was an added bonus.

double beds rather than queen beds (but we knew that before we booked) and there are rooms that have queen beds. We have college age kids so we booked two separate rooms.

It's an 'old' motel, but well kept. Location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and activities.

We received no room service during oiur two-day stay. The place was a little scruffy to be honest, being an older-type motel. No lift to the 2nd floor so we had to lug our heavy cases up unassisted, which at our age was a bit of a problem. The TV was adequate,

The beds were comfy and shower was fine. The main benefit is its location, towards the end of Main Street, it was a handy distance from all you needed by foot.

The hotel is a bit aged, but everything was clean and well-kept.

Perfect base for exploring Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The town’s surroundings are stunning – those orange rocks peeking over the rooftops make for a unique view. The room was standard but had everything we needed, including a fridge and a private bathroom. The lobby staff were friendly and helpful.

Still a high price for a motel, probably after COVID there was a spike. From a price like that you expect more, but since it's a motel, you can't have more...

This is a motel like those you expect from a road trip. Easy to find, large internal parking. Even a pool, small. Large and well-stocked room
