The hotel advertises free breakfast - however there is no breakfast service at all here. The hallway has buckets filled with yellowish water where the roof is leaking.

Not much to say here.. the bed was ok and clean enough given the rest..

The hotel lobby front desk is encased in bullet-proof glass, making for an intimidating sight upon arrival. The hallway smelled like marijuana and the reading lamps in our room did not work. We were assigned a first floor room off the parking lot. Gratefully it wasn't very busy so there wasn't much noise. We thought breakfast was part of the booking but they didn't have a breakfast on offer so we went to Starbucks nearby and checked out early.

    Affordable budget stay.

    1. The foul smell in the lobby, reception area and passages 2. Poor cleanliness - could not eat from the hotel. Hanging tobacco smell in passages. Unattended leak from one water dispenser in passage. 3. Noisy and unruly children for some clients. 4. Reception staff unhelpful when l was looking for an early morning taxi.

Good location of the hotel. Close to many good eateries, supermarkets and local bus station. Convenient location to places l planned to visit in the area.

The mirrors in the lobby were disgusting covered in fingerprints and smudges. Also the front entrance was dirty. The room had used shampoo and conditioner in there. The refrigerator had water in it. The tub had hair in it.

Worst hotel we've ever stayed at - scurried into our room to avoid guards & loitering people.

    • Stayed 2 nights

The whole atmosphere was that of a half-way house for foreign immigrants. Guards & screening interviews happening in the main lobby. Loud in foreign languages. The Check-in staff is behind glass, like a prison, and they do not understand/communicate in English very well. There are many loitering people around the outside of the hotel & in the lobby. Plus lobby TV blaring noise - was an unnerving introduction. We did try to find a different hotel online in the area, before going in to check in, but nothing else available on a football weekend. So we just suffered through it.

I'd rate the room a 2.0 - somewhat clean, but very worn, stained, plus a few bugs. Close to a Denny's for coffee AM. And location was good for our needs.

When you pay $90+ per night in a remote area, you have some minimal expectation. This hotel doesn’t meet any. It’s loud because people with children live here and need more space than a room, so they play in hallways. So, if you look for a hotel or even a motel, look somewhere else.

“Hotel” and the government help homeless to have a roof over their head, so they don’t sleep in a car or on streets. I wish those families good luck.

The place is older and needs updating. There are stains on the walls and ceilings. Stains is tub area, faucets felt like they would come off in your hand. Expected more from a Ramada by Wyndham property.

I just wish I didn't have to smell cigarette smoke from the nearby rooms on the 1st floor. I didn't eat breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel.

The room was very spacious, and the streaming service was good. The room was clean as well. The location was great to be near I-87 & I-84 so easy access to the highway was great. A Dennys restaurant was nearby.

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was bunch of older bicycles outside of the entrance, laying against the door. We thought that was kind of weird, after all, what group would arrive at their hotel on a beat up bicycle. But then we went inside and the first thing we couldn't help but notice that is was extremely loud in the lobby and it was full of people- all were non-english speaking and definitely from a whole other continent. In front of them was a security guard- something else we thought was out of place. We asked the security guard what was going on, he was very vague, saying only that he had been here for 4 months, he didn't know why he was here (yeah, right) and that these people were here "taking in information". We went to check in, and the guy at the desk was behind very thick security glass with a little hole in it that I was suppose to talk to him through. I could hardly hear him because it was so stinking loud in the lobby. We ended up checking in because it was kind of late and we were tired. As we went to our room, there were more of this group of people going in and out of their rooms and then we seen another security guard stationed at the end of the hallway. Again very weird. We went into our room and locked the doors. The night went by uneventful, thank god. In the morning there was a new set of security guards. It had dawned on us when we got into our room, that this, being the state of New York, and being just above the city, that this hotel was a sanctuary hotel housing illegal immigrants. Obviously they were living there and the bicycles were their mode of transportation. I'm just going to leave it at that and let people know what your walking into, if you want to stay at this hotel.

The room was clean- I could smell the bleach.

Room smelled like it had been smoked in, that lingered for my entire stay. The carpet needed a deep cleaning. There are no elevators to go up to other floors. The pool was closed. There is no food or restaurants within the hotel for purchase other than vending machines that don't work.

Staff was polite and attentive. The bed sheets were clean as well as the pillows. There was security at all times.

When we arrived, there was a caseworker in the front lobby. There were security guards all around didn’t feel comfortable with the bullet proof windows around the registration desk, and then didn’t feel comfortable knowing that there were so many immigrants in the building without prior knowledge. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t very pleasant It was even present in the pillows when we were trying to sleep. When we arrived back at the hotel, Saturday night, we couldn’t get into the hotel. We couldn’t get into our room and had to get our keys redone at the front desk. It’s just a very disappointing stay
