Communication!

Location, clean. They need to let people know you will receive a text to pre check in. After I di it I questioned it. I called the hotel. Whoever answered said they didn't do that. So know I'm thinking someone scammed me. On the phone two different times. One 50 minutes another 25. Finally Booking. Com trid to get ahold of them. I had to shut my banking app down. It was a hassle as this wasn't for pleasure it was because of a loved one in an accident and is in the hospital there.

They host birthday parties for outside guests which made the pool busy. We spilled water on the floor and cleaned it up... but the towel was black afterwards.

Not going to lie, the elevator freaked us out. Not the praying type but everytime I was in it, I wanted to do a prayer to make sure I didn’t get stuck. Was a little sad there wasn’t a free breakfast. Not expecting a whole lot but muffins and coffee would be nice. Something light and little.

We loved the fresh flavored water by the front desk! The beds were very comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub! Location wise, this is the perfect place to stay for the weekend.

Drinks in the bar outrageously expensive. Breakfast food unavailable. Things seemed understaffed and closed down.

Friendly staff. Accomodating. Great parking available. People who manned front desk were really nice.

Pool area was a bit gross with a peculiar smell, and the textured concrete floor that was oddly sloped as to not drain properly. Further, there was no complimentary breakfast (as they have their own restaurant) - would be nice if Wyndham rewards members got a voucher or at least a discount for breakfast.

Ideal location: nearby restaurants quite walkable, and great view of the city and lake. Suite was nice & large, and staff was friendly.

I felt there should have been signs up around the pool stating wet floors. Another location for an ice machine on the other side by the pool.

The location was a great spot for the downtown area. Key area to many local restaurants and shops. Great area down the street from the Blueberry Festival.

We booked a pool view king suite. The pool opens at 8 or 9 AM and we woke up to young children screaming, splashing and carrying on. If you value your sleep do not book a pool view.

The room we were assigned could only be reached by passing through the pool area and then down a hallway. This only seemed odd enough that I mention it, and it really in no way affected our enjoyment of our stay.

Very comfortable bed and bedding. A/C-Heat was quiet. Bathroom was clean and shower had very good water pressure. Walkable to so many points of interest!

We only stayed 1 night.

Our 1st floor room opened directly to the pool via a sliding glass door - our 8yr. Old grandson was delighted and we could watch him from the comfort of our room! The food in the restaurant was delicious, and even though she was new and in training, the bartender made a delightful martini - twice. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. The staff was wonderfully friendly and accommodating - we overheard several guests making the same comments... Enough can't be said about the Ramada's location either - in the heart of downtown and within close walking distance of all sorts of delightful shops and restaurants.

The wifi is slow. They need to upgrade it.

The location is great. The staff is AWESOME. Rooms are clean. The price is very competitive with other hotels in the area. I always recommend Ramamda of Marquette to friends traveling up to MIchigan's UP.
