Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesRoom had mold smell. Water in the walls pushing paint out. Pool and hot tub are definitely out dated at this point. Went here 10 years ago it has went down hill since then.

United StatesKids brought toys (water blasters, pool noodles) to the pool and were very inconsiderate of other people in the pool. The policy should be, no toys are to be brought into the pool area. It was very irritating 😒 The light in our room flickered off and on, so we were unable to use the main ceiling light. FYI: The attached restaurant which I understand may not be directly affiliated with the hotel was in one word, dysfunctional! Would not recommend!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pools were pretty decent for kids.

United StatesThe staff had a great attitude and were doing their best, even though it was clear they were short-staffed. They stayed friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a lot of potential, especially for families looking to enjoy the water park—it’s a fun feature that kids will love! Breakfast was simple, mostly cereal, which could use some variety and fresher options. Some essentials like towels and other room supplies ran low at times, and front desk availability was a bit inconsistent. With a few updates and better staffing, this place could really shine as a top family destination.
The lifeguards were excellent—very attentive and on point with safety, which made the water park experience feel secure and enjoyable. The pool area was clean and well maintained, a definite highlight. Despite being clearly understaffed, the team remained incredibly friendly and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. Their positive attitude really stood out, even with the challenges they faced. With a bit more support and a few updates, this hotel has great potential, especially for families.

United StatesVery dirty hotel. Carpets smelled terribly. They should have been removed 10 years ago. Stains everywhere that the owner elects to remain in place. Towels were also not fresh. This hotel is from the 80s....and so are the carpets.

United StatesIt's odd to me that the Waterpark indoors has closed hours during the day. When we're staying 2 nights it seems to me you should be able to swim all day. They were closed from I believe noon-4. Possibly 1-4. The Boss Pizza attached is ran horribly. That is where the "free breakfast" is located. No hot food. Just cereal, yogurt cups and a couple Danish options which read "1 only" by them.

United StatesThe check-in line was crazy. The wait was over 2 hours. The center decoration needs to be removed to make lines instead of a semi-circle out of the hotel and around the center decoration. After the pool closed at 9 pm, up to our room to wash off the chlorine water, but no hot water at all. The kids went to bed, and I finally got a hot shower at midnight. No cable TV must have been extra. Just shut off the TV. The morning breakfast was muffins, cerals, juice, and bad bitter coffee. Nothing offered for protein based meals. I ate a protein bar I bought from home, saving grace. So it was a very disappointing hotel say.
The water in pool was very warm and was nice.

United StatesThe service was awful. They were hosting four large birthday parties simultaneously but had only one person handling check-ins, leading to at least a two-hour wait. The bartenders were incredibly slow, with no sense of urgency, even when the bar was full. There should have been at least three bartenders to keep up with demand. Additionally, the hot tub wasn’t working, and there was no sign indicating it was out of order. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t care about anything.
For the value with a water park for kids and a decent looking bar it was ok

United StatesNo towels to shower for my family of 5. No phone to call the service desk or to call for emergencies if needed. Only enough coffee for the Keriug for 1 person, no more. The “buffet breakfast” was cold cereal or granola bar, packet oatmeal, yogurt, muffin or danish. Orange juice or milk to drink. No hot food at all. The cold food was left outside all night. The pool was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t let my dog in it.
Nothing.

United StatesThe resort shows a water park that is only open limited hours/ days. The pool that is available at usual hours is falling apart and not entirely clean. There was conflicting information about what time breakfast was served. The free breakfast is Great Value cereal, cereal bars and half of the juice offerings had a expiry date of last year. Thin sheets and no duvet.
The property was unique. It has a lot of potential.

United StatesBoss' Pizza was extremely disappointing. It took over an hour for our food, staff was very unhelpful and honestly unprofessional, they did not give us the correct food which made us wait even longer, the food was cold and soggy, and the overall Boss's pizza experience was unsatisfactory. This has nothing to do with the Ramada Inn staff who were extremely kind and helpful!
We had fun at the pool and our room was alright.

United StatesBreakfast consisted of cereal bars n a broken machine for fruit loops and frosted flakes. The juice machine was broken. And no staff was present to get help we had to go to the front desk for help. The water park was advertised to be open and free online when I booked the room but when we got there they informed us it was only available from Fri thru Sun. We traveled from Kentucky for my mom's memorial and the whole reason for staying in this hotel was the water park for the kids we came on a Wed. So my kids were highly disappointed. They did have another pool and hot tub tho so it eased the situation a little bit for them.
Breakfast was free. Location was off the interstate.
