Dirty sheets with dry and old blood on it. Dirty towels. Dirty floor. The tv didn’t work. And no phone to reach the main office. The phone was there but with no connection , no cable. Weird sounds from the room in the back. Very disappointed.

I liked that I could manage the air conditioning to my necessities.

The room was not clean at all. The towels were dirty. The sheets were dirty. I went to the front desk to tell the girl that the room was not clean and that I need some cleaning supplies . I took some bleach off of the housekeeper cart to bleach the room myself, the rag was very dirty once I completed my cleaning . I did not sleep on the sheet and I did not use the towels. The toilet and the tub was not clean. The refrigerator still had food in it. Terrible.

There’s was zero room service of cleaning. We came back everyday and the room was not cleaned once. We also asked for more towels being we were there for 2 weeks and we were never given more then 2 towels the entire time. Even after asking.

The unsafe environment and the place is closed off in a tight corner of a back road.

A stranger was given my room key and proceeded to enter and became more angry because my door chain was on. My only question is if I'm occupying the room: How does a very angered stranger and his girlfriend get my room key? They claim they held the room a night before and lost something and they must've paid the front desk off to get my key while my other guests were asleep. Horrible scary feeling. When I addressed the issue the front desk staff tried to cover up their tracks and couldn't explain how these intruders gained access to my door key and tried to force entry into my room. Do not get a room here. A police officer told me and my guests that this hotel has had many complaints at their police station( and if someone gained access to our payed for room reserved for us) it is very unsafe place.

Conditions and standards definitely weren't reflective of what was presented on the website. Place was outdated, underkept, and unclean.

****I had just gotten off MY flight at 9AM 10/10/2024 I had to hang around the Airport for a while until I could get a ride to the hotel at 3PM.😒 # 1. i booked my stay for (10/10-14/2024 there was TWO FALSE THINGS online NO KITCHEN , NO BREAKFAST at this location. This is what i need the room with a kitchen or breakfast to be served. #2. I booked a room with the kitchen when I gotten to this location there was no room with kitchen. # 3. They had to change My room three times #4. First room was very very dirty- sneaky .#5. The second room was dirty too. The first morning i went to the Cafe they are not serving breakfast as i order with my room. #6,The third room was very clean I stay there three more nights. THEY DID CHANGE MY ROOM TO A CLEAN ROOM day NUMBER TWO.

Where to start? Mis-matched furnishings in room, extra chairs etc. placed outside along walkways. Two van bench seats piled up against breezeway wall. Window curtains not on all hooks, noisy ventilation and refrigerator. Bathroom very poor with sink/vanity counter unsecured, sloping forward. No soap or shampoo in wall dispensers. TV reception poor. Beds alright, but with no extra blankets. Hotel location feels isolated and a bit unsettling. Due to need for local county inspection approval breakfast was not provided.

The juccuzi spa bath in our room wasnt cleaned properly so when i turned the jets on it literally shot poop at me. Also no fire alarm in our room, and the wall was coming up.

NO breakfast was available. The TV did not work. The lamps were broken. Wifi was off and on. There were no information cards. No phone to call front desk. No desk chair by desk. The floor was not clean, it felt gritty. The walls had clumps of dust on them.

The railings were failing. It had a weird smell. We only stay for two nights and the pricing was cheaper.

The facility was old and not like the pictures. There was no bathroom door. It seems like it was broken and they never fixed it. The curtains were old and with wholes. It says breakfast was included but everything was out of service. Even the pool and the vending machines on the premises.

There was mold on the shower wall, the tub wouldn't stop leaking, the hot water valve to turn on the water was broken and coming loose from the wall, we didn't receive any maid service in the 3 days that we were there, we had to ask for fresh towels at the front desk, the refrigerator door wouldn't close so items placed in the freezer went bad, and the restaurant next door is temporarily closed so we had to go in search of food.

I liked that it was convenient to get to the amenities that we needed.
