The worst Ramada Inn I have ever stayed at. Hall carpet is worn to the concrete in some areas. Hot tub out of order. Table lamp bulb burnt out. USB charger in lamp base doesn't work. Grout missing shower stall. No lobby at all. Place appears to be in progress for renovation. The website portrays a different reality. I am surprised that Ramanda allows this location to maintain the franchise tag. I will state the location is 28years old.

The staff was kind enough to give the room early.

Rather shabby and worn down. Desk person was typical Wisconsin--brusque and sullen.

A little run down, the room had worn door frames, paint, and missing hooks on the back of the bathroom door. The Hottub area had worn paint. The lobby had construction materials lying around.

The lady that was training the new staff wasn't very friendly and wasn't very patient with the new hires. She made me feel very uncomfortable. The new employee was very friendly and was trying his best. The room was clean, the bathroom was super small, and I ended up ripping my swimming suit on a broken tile in the hot tub.

The location was good it was close to most of the entertainment we were planning to do.

We kept getting flies. I think they got in from the window in the room. The window looks like it needs some tlc.

Property was in a great location near many local attractions and restaurants. LOVED they offer 2 free Noah’s Ark water park tickets with 1 night stay, with an added discount if you purchase additional passes. Also passes were good for 4 days in a row!

The carpeting could be upgraded and the mattress on the beds also. The pull out couch definitely needs up grading as the springs were popping up.

The person at the front desk was great! Helpful, kind, funny. The room was very clean and tidy.

The pictures on booking.com are outdated. It's not the hotel's fault at all but they gave us a false sense of the actual hotel we were staying in. I wish I took pictures, but we were running late for plans.

The Manager on duty who greeted us, Andy I think her name was, made this stay enjoyable. She was kind and patient with us, and when we asked for a change of sheets she personally gave us new sheets and came up to our room to inspect the sheets that we were changing out. She saw the stain on the sheet that concerned us and said that was unacceptable and took care of it right away. Even being understaffed she still stepped up to make sure we were taken care of.

It's an old building and some of the furniture needs to be upgraded but overall it is a decent hotel for the price!

The breakfast was great and they had a wide variety of things to choose from. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. It was extremely clean and all amenities were met. I would stay here again!

Hotel needs a major major upgrade. Front desk has no lobby area. The smell of the hotel is bad! It could be the carpet. It needs a good washing or to be torn out. Cleanliness in the halls and staircases needs to be looked at. Light fixtures need to be replaced (most are missing parts and all wires are visible) outlets have covers that are either chiped/broken or no covers at all (safety concern for the young ones) the hardscape and landscape around the property is bad!!! Photos online definitely fooled me. As soon as my husband she's the hotel from afar he questioned me and said are you sure this place is not recently abandoned. Outside visual of the property is bad. House keeping services was not done. The hotel doesn't even have door signs to put out for the house keeping to know if someone wants service or doesn't. Oh and the description for free Noah's ark passes really means you only get 2 wristband passes. I traveled with my family of 5 so that says it all. I chose Ramada because of the free passes to Noah's Ark, if I would have known it would not provide me with passes for every single individual I traveled with I would have stayed at a much much nicer hotel. Very disappointing.

Location is great, it is right across the street from lots of restaurants.

We only got 2 tickets to the Noah’s ark water park and we had a family of 5 so we couldn’t go to that park .. we was totally blind sided by that

Maybe I just didn't read the fine print but I was under the impression that our stay included free tickets to the waterpark for all who were included in our room but it's 2 free tickets and then you have to pay for additional ones. Everything else about our stay was wonderful though!

Very clean facility, helpful staff, check in and out was easy, hotel was close to restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable. Property was very well maintained.

Had drunken/high group wandering the halls at 3am banging on doors and fighting, yelling at people to let them into their rooms. That took about 2 hours to be resolved.

how much chlorine was is the hot tub and pool, the was so much chlorine that it made our eyes burn and the bathroom was really small compared to the rest of the room
