Our room felt shabby. The carpet in our room was sticky and felt gross on bare feet. Obviously there had previously been a large spill covering most of the carpet and had not been cleaned up.

The room needs serious overhaul as is dated and not in the best shape primarily because of age.

There was renovation going on to the exterior which was an improvement.

The toilet seat was a cheap, round, seat on the elongated bowl toilet. It was loose, too, making it difficult to use. The toilet leaked, and the sink wouldn't turn off all the way. There were water stains on the front window curtains and the wallpaper below the window. The wallpaper was curling and coming off, too. The entire property had the appearance of one that had sat vacant for some time and been broken into frequently. Every door in the building we stayed in had gouges on the door frames by the deadbolts. The condition doesn't live up to the franchise names. I could tell it was once very nice by the tile and fixtures. I hope corporate decides to to invest in repairs.

The room was reasonably clean, the bed comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, and the staff were nice.

Entry and hallways were not clean, carpeting was old and smelly. No pool or hot tub, and continental breakfast was grab n go sandwich yogurt and juice. That was ok most days but took 1/2 hrs to get prepared for us

The room was more or less clean but the trash from the previous guest was still there. The balcon was below any standards. The corridors were dirty. There was a group of drunk or high people in the garden shouting till late night. Didn’t feel safe.

Our building felt very dirty walking in and smelled of weed. Our room was decent - the carpet is quite old. For $100 a night you get what you pay for.

The front desk staff were very friendly and offered many great recommendations for visiting the city. The breakfast was nice as well - we both had an egg sandwich made for us under 10 minutes.

Just the early morning awkwardness

The room was spacious but dated. There were some definite repairs need. They were very clean except there was some stains on the towels. Breakfast was microwave items that you had to order at the front desk and wait for in the lobby....awkward

Just an old motel, not modern, no breakfast, toilet slowly loses water so there was noise from it refilling itself every few minutes.

When we checked in we informed the lady we had dogs and she didn't say anything she set us up with a room and we went on our marry way. Over a two weeks into our stay they want to now charge me for said dogs and move us out of the room because of dogs saying we are to be in building c, which was funny when the person next door to us had a dog. We checked out 2 days early was not issued our refund for their own employees mistake.

There was an overall need to clean carpets in lobby/hallways/room. Rooms were a bit dingy. It once was 'quite a place' you could tell - but time has taken glamor from it. But .. a reasonable place to stay if you aren't needful of paying a lot more.

The size of the room was larger than average. The balcony was a plus. There was a breakfast - although limited to a grab a sack variety ... better than nothing.

Bathroom-toilet tank cover broken in several pieces/glued back together, but not the right cover for the toilet; bathroom sink faucet leaked constantly and would not turn off completely. Soaps were broken in several pieces so unable to use to soap up the washcloth for a shower. "continental breakfast" was "fresh" from the freezer, couple items to choose from, but nothing special
