Beautiful roadside stay. The grounds and the rooms (we had two rooms) are clean and updated. So clean things felt brand new. Paul, the manager, was helpful anytime needed and like I mentioned housekeeping was exceptional. Price point is very affordable. Only caveat is the actual location of this gem. It's in a slightly rougher section of town. Not really a walkaround neighborhood. Did I mention snacks and bottled water in the room?

The location is a bit noisy, but our room was toward the back of the lot, so the noise wasn't a barrier to sleep.

The lighting was brutal, daylight bulbs. Some warm bulbs could have made all the difference. Also, it could really stand to have heat pumps installed. The fan was far too loud.

Such a cute update to an older establishment. Bed was super comfy. Loved the egg chairs tulip table. So close to great food and bars. Everything you'd need within a few blocks.

The rooms are clean and bright, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The area is a bit loud during traffic rush, but there are some good eateries within walking distance.

Felt a bit apprehensive walking round the surrounding area of hotel and the road house was quite loud but the hotel itself was lovely. Pricey when there’s a football game on though

The air conditioner went on and off in the morning. The shower wasn't as warm as I like.

Centrally located and had fun decor. Also we had a two twin room and it was two adjoining rooms so it felt super spacious. And free snacks! We felt so grateful that the manager stayed up to meet us because we arrived late due to our long drive. The bed was cozy and warm and the air conditioning kept the room cool.

Neighborhood was convenient and easy to get to but I would not feel safe walking around with my family due to the amount of homeless in the area.

I was in a corner of the courtyard and the 4 people staying in the room next door were very loud and often stood outside making noise.

Only downer was the price with a volleyball tournament in town. Took advantage on price $240, looked next day and was $83.

Unfortunately the Inn is located right on a very busy - and extremely noisy - main road and thoroughfare in Eugene. The owner claims it never used to be as noisy but some local route changes have resulted in much more traffic over the past months. I can't comment on that but the road noise didn't die down until late at night the night I stayed and was back again when I woke up in the morning. I decided to wear earplugs when going to bed and I did get a good night's sleep. So take some decent earplugs and enjoy the stay.

Motel was renovated last year from top to bottom by new owners and re-named. So ignore any old, bad reviews. The quality of the furnishings and fittings is excellent, and the style and design of the room I stayed in could not really be faulted. Great free snacks and drinks in-room. Highly recommended.... apart from...
