The place is runned down a bit, definitely needs remodeled in every room we had 3 rooms for our group. Trim had cracks, we also had stains on one of the double beds and pillows if it wasn't for actually smelling the laundry detergent on the sheets it would have been a no go. The bathroom was small but it works. Just needs a update. I probably won't be doing this again just because of the stains and the pillows were so small and the stains.

Great spot close to Passion Play and downtown. The staff was friendly. It was good for the value of the price. But that is about it. The beds were up i guess do to letting animals stay, now if you have a animal then this would be good.

We went on memorial weekend and the weather turned bad so we wanted ti cancel trip but couldn't cuz booking.com charged for full stay whether you there or not and motel could not help in this matter so book directly with Wagner not with booking.com.

The economicality showed through minimal improvements to the structure.

There was no kind of 'continental breakfast' which would have been great, since no restaurant was within walking distance. Anything light, to start the day would have been terrific. The TV in one of our two rooms wasn't in working order.

The staff was great, highly appreciated. The whole property was clean, as well as the rooms. We had 2 rooms. Nice outdoor BBQ set up was lovely. Would definitely go there again.

Pool doesn't work.

Family that runs it is very friendly. We have stayed there 4 times and rooms are always clean. Great rates!

Wish we had know the pool was empty for the season. Needs new mattresses.

Staff was good. Rooms were clean. Its a older hotel but pretty well taken care of. Good price considering it was during BBB rally. Love that the parking lot and entrance is pretty flat for our motorcycles. There is a spot for truck and trailer.

The motel is a pretty good distance from downtown ES, walking really isn't an option.

I thought the motel was a good value. I left early and did not have the breakfast, so no comment in that regard.

Rooms were clean and tidy-the bed sheets smelled Very clean, as it appeared the sheets had been stringently bleached, which is a good thing to have:) The only slightly negative take away was an oder in the lobby, which is a bad thing to have. Smelled like cat urine, which can be difficult to control, even in small amounts in an enclosed space. Always pungent, and recognizable, and not what you want as your first encounter at a new place. The rooms were fine, though. Nicely accommodating.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the a/c fan didn’t blow hard enough to cool the whole room and we had to have fans brought in which got the job done
