Towels was dirty. Tv was damaged. Room had a bad stinch, and was half cleaned. There were also a few roaches. Overall I never had a bad stay except this one time. I really can't complain for the price and convenience. Staff were friendly. I did not like the dog on property without its owner or not on a leash. Overall it was fair.

The homeless people on the premises alot of drug activity and dealing out the hotel .

That the staff was very friendly and handled a matter . But still had problems in the other room . So, I wasn't too comfortable worrying about roaches crawling on me or bringing them home

The front desk said my reservation was for a smoking room. This seems to be some issue with Booking.com as I never have smoked, I am allergic to it, and never book a smoking room. They did change and put me in what was supposed to be a non-Smoking room which was on the second floor. However, as soon as I entered the room it had a clear marijuana smell like it was coming from the rooms below. It was faint so I decided to stay. However, after I fell asleep, I was awakened by a strong marijuana smoke presence in the room that kept me awake for more than an hour until it subsided. During this period the smoke detector started beeping like its battery was dying which made it nearly impossible to sleep. I wanted to talk with the staff in the morning but the doors were locked and no one was in the lobby.

Close to the Shark's restaurant which had friendly staff and good food.

Roaches, rooms were dirty, tv didn't work. The maintenance person working with no shirt on, safety pin through his nipples, piercing every way. It was located by a store. Drug activity. There was a homeless man lying on a mattress outside sleeping. Nosey because there were crowds of people out there. Kids outside playing at night. Families live in the place. Might be for someone else but not us.

Didn't like that there was only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, I'm use to there being atleast 4 towels and same amount of wash clothes.. and I ended up leaving out a day early and couldn't get a refund for a day I wasn't going to be there, front desk wasn't to friendly

There is nothing to like , no towels in room floor not clean chips and trash on floor. Lights didn't work. Fridge wasn't cold , room smelt like wet dog and mold. No working fire alarm . Chair in room looks like blood all over it. Inch of dust on headboards. Toilet paper was almost empty. No soap , shampoo. If I didn't just drive 16 hours I would have left to try and find something cleaner and we'll kept.

It was dirty I killed 4 roaches within 30 minutes of being in the room and when I asked for another room he acted like I was tripping… wallpaper falling off the wall sticky carpet. No towels, toilet paper, or tv remote in the room. Last occupants towel still on shower. Everything pointed to they didn’t clean the room before we came. just made the bed and called it ready. Just lazy and disgusting. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Half the lights didn't work,the shower head was leaking and caused a puddle on the floor,and we got to the two queen rooms and the beds were not as comfortable as the king room, we also had the a/c on 65 and room never got below 73

The staff are really nice and it's truly a quiet hotel and we were able the smoke
