For the cost of the room I would say it was underwhelming. While it was clean they had two cans of water on the nightstand for a cost of $3.00 each. It was on a busy street and not at all quiet. When I checked in the staff told me there was a magic show in the lounge that night but there was a fee to come see it! Not impressed. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel was just off. Felt old even though the outside has an updated facade.

Nice big rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet

Wish they had a better breakfast option on site. Black bear diner not a great restaurant.

Can't say enough about the employees, from check-in to maintenance. Everyone of them were friendly & went above & beyond to make our stay great.

The rooms have been given a facelift and are just okay. The lobby seemed relatively nice.

This is a motel; calling it a hotel feels very misleading. I found it very overpriced for what it is. The rooms have been given a facelift and it was clean and well appointed, but the rooms was cramped and has no privacy (because it’s a motel). With the curtains closed it felt like a dark cave. My room faced the pool so was maybe worse than others.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms / beds.

Only downside is the prices are still very high for what you get, though for the rates in Bend, it was very competitive and we were happy with the stay.

    Location, pool and amenities.

Room was dark. Air conditioner very noisy. Room advertised with a Pool view and could only see part of the pool in the distance if I looked sideways with my head against the window.

I love the online check in. It was super easy and the room was very clean! It was spacious, quiet and it was nice to be able to park your car next to the room. The area was fine and centrally located. I absolutely loved that the pool was deep!! 9ft!

I wish the pool area had a bit of updating. It's from the 70s and the pebbled asphalt was painful. The hot tub had a funky smell as well. If mothballs were wet and chlorine.

    Location was great

Bed was uncomfortable and definitely not the size I paid for. My husband went to the front desk to check on this, they didn’t even come to check the room and confirm. AC didn’t work so we had two restless nights of sleep. A front desk worker came up at 7am to take a look and said someone would come fix it later that day and they never did.

Loved the online check in and out system. Very clean and modern. Lots of outlets. Crib we requested was already in the room when we arrived.

No extra lock at the top of the door, just a regular lock. Walkway between beds and shelf was a little tight so felt a little crowded.

The property was very well updated, very clean, cool and funky. While it’s summertime, I love that inside every room there is a ski and snowboard organizer for your gear.

This place is overpriced for what it is! It is a motel model and booking site ad was decieving. The place vibe is like staying at a motel. The only nice area is the entrance/reception.

For a $400 a night for 2 beds it was so overly priced! The thread count of the sheets were rough, not good , comfortable bedding. Rough to the skin. the carpet was rough, it was like sandpaper when you decided to go bare feet. The quality of the toiletries low grade They charged water cans that were left in the room. For $400 you would expect at least courtesy water the walls were not soundproof! We could hear it all! There was stomping , babyes crying, guest getting out their rooms throwing the doors ( which is an issue of the hotel as the doors should not be able to close without a system that slows the door down) The overall look of the place is like a motel and they have hyped it up. Dont understand why they would charge this much for a room!
