It doesn’t look like the staff finished setting up for breakfast. I had to look through the beat up cub boards to find napkins and bowls. 2 people tried the juice dispenser but it wasn’t working or turned off.

There was poop streaks in the toilet. There was no toilet paper nor towels. The bathroom sink leaked all over my shoes that I sat under the counter to take a shower.

It was available last minute late night. The coffee was very good and strong. Staff was nice.

They charged me extra for a pet deposit that I wasn't told about when booking from your site...I had to pay 40.00 extra...you need to make sure these extra prices are known to your customer

It's a truck stop motel. Lobby smells like stale cigarette smoke. Front desk guy didn't ask for my id or car info and didn't offer any info about how to get to my room or check out times or anything (handed me the card with the room number and said "thank you"). Questionable stains on the carpet in the hallways. Hardwood floors in the room, no lid on the toilet, tv didn't work. The bed seemed clean enough, so we stayed, but it was tempting to just cut our losses and drive home in the middle of the night instead.

I have a pre-authorization hold on my debit card for $132 and the cost of the room was only $83. Five days after my stay and the hold is still on my card.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

I booked 2 rooms. The room my husband and myself stayed in, had 1 towel. No wash clothes or bath mat. The TV remote had a cardctaped to the back to hold the batteries in. There was stuff on the floor. My husband went to ask for another towel and wash cloths he was only given 1 towel. So we stayed in the Red Lion Inn in Kalispell the night before and the experience we had was awesome. I feel as though we paid for what we got plus. The one in Butte however big disappointment.

The room we were assigned was to close to the front desk (traffic area). Too close to the highway and incoming trucks. The curtains were too sheer, did not block out any light. Plus google maps did not seem to know where this hotel was located. Had to phone the hotel for directions. No restaurants close by, after a long day driving, it is nice to have a restaurant nearby.

It was clean and staff were friendly. Had a tub shower combo, was well cleaned. Liked that we were on the first floor.

Between hi way and truck stop noisy. Not located in butte 5 miles from butte. Located in rocker Montana. Comfort blankets cheap thin bad Draper’s cold air through windows. Not a variety of fruit small oranges that was it.

Very noisy ventilation system and was awakened at 3am by some loud noise in the plumbing. Breakfast was all carbs - need protein added to the menue.

Clean everywhere. Good bed and bedding.

Fresh bottled water should be available to all room guests, please. Just a little dinky. No staff present at desk when we came in nor when we left. One showed up for admission.

They had a good continental breakfast. Basic accommodations for one night. Great location off of interstate. Easy to find, next to gas stations and food

The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The mattress was so old and did not have a fitted sheet, so the sheets fell off, no wash clothes, and the TV dis not work.

The front clerk was nice to let us know that the A/C did not work in the room that was booked and moved us to another room at no extra charge.

It is old, in poor repair, hallways are dirty, washer overflowing, beds rumpled, no glasses in room, tv didn’t work. No fridge in room but staff did bring up a new one.

Location by the highway is convenient. Air conditioning was good. Front desk gentleman was pleasant.

Hallways not vacuumed for a very long time and horrible stains No ice provided/out if order, bed rocked back and forth. Manager accidentally walked into our room while I was alone and brushing teeth. Luckily dressed. To much to say. Other guests were all talking about how awful it was. Sorry

It seemed very dirty. There was an area near the parking lot for pet relief but nobody would pick up after their pets. The carpets looked dirty and looked as if they had not been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was only allowed to be consumed in the food area and you were not allowed to take it back to your rooms.

Nice location right off the freeway.

Exterior needed upkeep. Minimal breakfast. No refrigerator. Requested ADA room but did not get. Mattress was old.
