Bathtub was dirty and no way of taking a bath

The carpet was quite dirty and with some sticky spots on it. There was no hairdrier or coffee maker in the room (minor details). From 5:00 - 5:40 am there was a strange noise in the wall behind our bed, like something on a runner, going from one corner of the room to the other (took about 15-20 sec.), then after 1 min it ran back to the other end (15-20 sec), then 1 min later, back again... non-stop for 40 min. Very strange. We were in the last rm of the hallway on the first floor, so it was an outside wall... with only a garden and lawn behind us.

The breakfast was fine/good. We enjoyed the pool on a hot afternoon.

Older property. Window lock was broken, some of the folks staying there were…..well, on drugs. Needs to be updated.

Everyday I had to endure loud running plumbing pipes through the walls! When the person above me took a shower I would hear it also ! Everyday from 2 pm till 9 pm! It sounded like construction outside my window going on!!! I had to have the TV volume past 35 to be able to hear it ,! Mind u after that when it was quiet I could hear the TV fine at 15.! I went to front desk 2 times to complain nobody there! I called front desk several times no answer! I finally gave up on 5 th day only had to deal with it one more day ....Room kinda on the 70 ish side..Refrigerator froze food on 2 out of 6! Where it showed the norm was 3 ! Milk and water froze up!

The room was very spacious!and decent breakfast..

Everything is dated and poorly maintained. Housekeeping is only provided if you ask for it. Floors are not cleaned thoroughly. Very minimal towels and breakfast. The window was bent and didn’t fully close.

The location is easily accessible from the interstate. Some of the staff is friendly.

Dirty walls, toilet, headboard. T.p. holder falling off wall. No coffee pot in room. Toilet, no water pressure. You must always flush 2x. Linens were all very clean & acceptable. Free Breakfast good.

Being partially handicaped, I requested a ground floor room. I was told none was available, so I had to walk upstairs (no elevator). Later, I discovered there were open rooms on the ground floor. When I asked why the clerk she stated they were booked prior to my booking, which I knew was a lie because the lady I got the info from obtained a room without a prior booking, after I checked in. I thought it odd that a facility this large and only 20 vehicles in the parking lot would not have a ground floor room. Maybe it was too much of a burden on the less than enthusiastic clerk on duty.

The window locks were broken. I had a room on 1st floor and they offered to put a stick in to prevent it from opening. I asked to move. They put me on 2nd floor. Window lock broken and no elevator.

It was very dirty. There was hair left in the shower, the tub park of the shower was brown and there was random black small hairs on the shower curtain

Breakfast had little protein and no fresh fruit. This location is in need of renovation it seemed a bit gritty and run down. Our window was cracked and repaired with tape. But for the price it met our needs for one night.

The beds and AC were great! We were also thankful we could bring our dog inside with the extreme summer heat. The room was spacious and well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful.
