The pools were fantastic, there were 2 to choose from, one shallower around 3-4ft that was ideal for lap swimming and one with a deeper 10ft end. I also really enjoyed the gym, and the location of the resort. It was an easy 1.5mile stroll to Tuacahn theater and adjacent to Snow Canyon.

Thought the room was pretty small, property is a little dated and learned no housekeeping unless you asked. Would have been helpful to know that at check in.

Nice location and very scenic. Friendly and helpful staff.

I asked for housekeeping after 4 days and rather than change the sheets, they just made the bed. Pretty disappointed by that tbh.

The resort was right across the street from where my parents live, so it was convenient.

Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a microwave in the room

Loved the setting with views of the red rocks and black lava fields. Nice landscaping at the resort with lots of walking paths. The room decor was nice and we lived our deck with view of the pool and hills. Lots of storage space.

Room was very expensive for what it was. It was clean, but about a 2.5-3 star room quality. Every activity on the resort is extra - (under the new ownership) previously included classes are no longer free to attend and every class ranges between $20-$180 on top of the $1500. room for 4 days. There were very few classes offered in the afternoons or evenings when I could do them. Looked like maybe there were more things offered during the week. You can forgive the room if there was anything else to do at the resort. If you want a nice room stay nearby and book a spa day at the resort or before you book, look online at the class offerings and see if they fit your schedule.

Resort location peaceful. Spa and class quality were very good.

    Nothing

The resort has great outdoor activities like daily guided hikes, canyoneering, kayaking, and guided trips to Zion and Byrce National Parks. It also has exercise classes and a great spa to recover from the great outdoor activities. Our room was a king suite which was very nice. The resort restaurant was excellent with many healthy options. The views from the resort are awesome. There are also a lot of great hiking options close to the resort.

lap pool hours. I would have loved to swim before or after work/activities... gym area is missing a quiet stretching area. It was difficult to find a quiet place to do yoga inside (it was raining during my stay).

rooms and grounds were picturesque and invite guests to relax. Rooms are very comfortable; seating areas outside of rooms are lovely.

For the price we paid we should have had daily housekeeping service. We called guest services to request towels, removal of garbage, and we got towels and they left the smelly wet towels and garbage. We ran out of soap and coffee, which were not replaced until we repeatedly asked for them. For a beautfil venue that is priced similar to other resorts in this area, this is unacceptable. Also, the chaise lounges by the pool are falling apart and need to be replaced. My daughter fell through one and she is NOT overweight.

The location is spectacular, nestled close to Snow Canyon. Free bike rentals Beautiful spa and pool area The restaurant and bar have a gorgeous view of the mountains and the gardens beside them made dining outside a treat.

The property needs some minor maintenance done. All kitchen door knobs were loose, tile in bathroom shower is coming off, faucet in kitchen needs to be replaced. Dish soap supply was out. No coffee replacements were offered and no daily checks done on towel replacements. Outside furniture was never wiped down and no cloths available to clean yourself. Another thing to note was dust on all the cupboard door lips. All minor but a bit of a list.

    The properties location was wonderful

Staff forgot to lock the door between our room and another guest’s adjoining room.

Red Mountain Resort is the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed it, and you definitely can’t beat that view. It was spacious and clean, with an electric fireplace.

Cost for value was not worth it. We were supposed to have 2 queens and got put into a king only with no notice for 3 people and a dog. There were no grass type pet areas anywhere we could find. The onsite food options were extremely scarce, expensive, and not really workable for vegetarians. They also don’t service the rooms daily and don’t leave ANY extra supplies like garbage bags or coffee.

The design and rooms were pretty nice. Staff seemed nice. Appreciated they were pet friendly. Pool was clean and heated. Nice to have balcony and security poles on the sliding doors were a feel good.
