Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI've been at this location twice now and I will not be returning. The staff is unorganized, rude and inconveniences the guests. We were moved twice from the room I booked. The first was when I first checked in. The room I booked wasn't available. They upgraded me to a king suite. Next day, they told me and my partner we needed to switch rooms. We had a football game we were trying to make but they had us move right away so their other guests could have our upgraded room. That pushed us behind. We were stressed because we were being rushed to switch rooms; all in time before we had to leave for the game, which was one hour away 🙄. After all that ruckus, they constantly was knocking on our door looking for things repeatedly. The whole 3 day stay. The rooms were infested with roaches. None of the outlets were trying to work to charge our essentials. And we had to ask for a fridge (which I originally booked for) but was missing from our new room. Looked like someone took it from our room because there was a empty space for the fridge. I will not be returning. I really wish I could get some kind of refund because this stay was expensive and it was not worth the money. Me and my man wasn't rested or comfortable the whole time. We were aggravated every day.
I love the location. That's the only positive thing I have to say about my stay.

United StatesThe outside area of the front office and surrounding lot smelled like urine. The outside parking lot and steps to the 2nd floor smelled nasty, dirty, and unkept. There were kids hanging around the second level and were loitering for hours on the steps and second tier who were occupants on first floor in adjacent building. I saw them through my window as we felt there was no security or control on the premises. Two different times car alarms went off. Zero security in this place. Finally, there was a sign in big, bold letters showing a price for rooms half of what I prepaid through Booking. I felt cheated..
