We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesFurniture and bedroom were old, the rolling chair was fraying. Pillows were deflated and linens were clearly well worn but clean. There was dust on top of lamps above the bed, in the slats of the air conditioner, and around the room in general. Not all rooms offer microwave and mini fridge, which was a hassle for us, since we were staying for 5 days. In my opinion, it was not worth the price we paid, but we had no other option at that moment.
Dog-friendly. Staff were nice and location was great, next to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Air conditioning was nice in the summer.

I stayed over 2 1/2 weeks. My rate kept going up! I had a room with no microwave or refrigerator...I looked online and saw a $4.00 difference...why was this never offered to me? The maintenance gentleman was fabulous! He helped me, and was ALWAYS smiling, get my cat out from under the bed. He was such a cheery soul to see everyday.

Great location, especially like proximity to Plum Market. Nice room, quiet, mostly dark (light creeps thorough above curtain). The bed and pillows were very comfy. I miss small refrigerator and microwave that other hotels have but was not willing to pay so much more just to have those amenities for this trip. AA hotels take FULL advantage of those coming for UofM graduations!! Overall, a nice experience.
