We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesBathroom was old and beaten up a bit. Pillows were flat and hard. Stairs and hallways looked pretty old and worn.
Check-in and check-out were very good. Both folks at the counter were courteous and efficient. Room seemed to have been remodeled recently. Mattress and bedding were good and right for the room temp (nice and cool - so AC was excellent). Towels were good.

United StatesI have experience in 2 units. 1st unit #208 had a broken toilet seat. Rusty gouges in the bathtub. Questionable stains on the bed skirts. Very bad dust build up on the AC filter and the vent in the bathroom. The security latch was missing. The cleanliness overall seems to be under par. Floor felt dirty when walking in. Unit 2 #206. Smelled alot cleaner than the first room. Same issue with the dust build up on the AC. Bathtub would not drain properly during showers. I was standing in water due to the slow drain. More questionable stains on the bed skirts. Cigarette burns on the bedding even though the entire facility is "smoke free". The edges of the furniture were peeled off. The microwave turntable didn't work. 2 lightbulbs in the bathroom were out.
I originally liked the price.

Heater not installed in wall properly. TV screen was not functioning properly. Outside of property run down. I didn’t sleep, because I was grossed out, and didn’t shower. Wanted out ASAP.

United StatesHotel is in sad need of cosmetic repairs, i.e. Wall paper is ripped and torn. bathroom wall has a hole in it, caulking is badly cracked. The $100.00 "deposit" was totally unexpected and a real burden. I was told that it would go directly back on my card when I checked out. But, in reality it takes 2 to 3 business days to get the money back. That is unacceptable. The Inn across the parking lot was pretty "rough" in the fact of their property and clientele.
