Dirty wash cloth left in shower when I got there. Parking and facility all fenced in… felt more like a holding facility. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone at the front desk to appear and check me in. Bathroom in the lobby was shabby, and the one soap dispenser it had was empty. I told the housekeeper who had been there cleaning it and the front desk person interrupted to tell me that it was her job, not the housekeeper to put soap in the men’s room? Not going to stay there again.

I guess we just happened to arrive at a bad time. The coffee maker in our room did not work and the motel's ice maker did not work either. Both would have made our stay 100% better had both been in working order. I don't know if the motel was totally booked or not, but if not, it would have been nice if they would have at least hunted us up another coffee maker.

We liked that the property was easy to find and was right on the road that we would be taking the next morning. There was a restaurant on the property which was great and we enjoyed a nice meal there. Everyone at the motel and the restaurant were very nice.

Location is a little on the 'industrial side.' Lots of truckers -- yet, the motel room was quiet! Had to call office to get enough towels, etc. A bother that they took care of just fine.

It was the least expensive and most available on the date we choose to be in town. (It was sold out - so many find it desirable.

The building itself is in a sketchy looking area, parking was not good, there was a construction company staying in the motel, their large trailers occupied most of the parking stalls. We had to park our car in the front of the building in a area that was not well lit.

Breakfast? What breakfast? No one mentioned a free breakfast. There was a menu in the room which said they had breakfast available - but not much information about what breakfast was available and we were not given info at check in. The bathtub had a ring around it - it needed to be scrubbed! The mattresses in our room seemed to be worn out. We used the one that didn't have a sunken area in it.

We were able to have our dog with us. The room was quiet and the room itself was clean.

No air conditioning, noisy because windows had to be open, Harley Rider in the parking lot most of the night. It reminded us of the hotel from the movie "My Cousin Vinny".

Found a couple of hairs on hand towels (not mine), shower soap was like paper, and the outside of the hotel needs so much work. A little sketchy at times being outside with the folks that stayed there.

Decent beds, staff was nice and helpful. Great location right off the hwy.

The evening shift worker gave me a room that was occupied by other people. There is no refrigerator in the room, no shampoo in the bathroom, and the place outside the rooms is very dirty.

Creative billing: rather than just reserving $ 50 on our card, first they debit it, then recredit it; also, they make you sign all sort of “gublygook” at check-in, w/o providing you a copy… Saying that, ain’t this the Wild West? Finally, the A/C unit was old and extremely noisy.

The location of the hotel is at a junction of roads, which is good from a travel perspective, but the room is noisy because of this. Cleanliness of the room and the grounds of the hotel could be improved.

The room has good facilities including a kitchenette.

In need of repair. The door to our room was warped snd would not close properly, leaving us with safety concerns. It also was an opening large enough to allow flies into the room, light and heat.
