The location was in a very bad area.

Red Roof Inn is a no smoking facility. The corridors were filled with smoke and triggered my allergies. I could not stay and was inconvenienced to find another hotel.

surrounded by drug addicts begging ppl to sell to them. Attempted to give us a room that someone was already staying in. ppl selling drugs right in the hallway. loud all night. hallways dirty. bed spread and pillow case had old blood stains. had to strip the bed down to the sheet just to sleep. ppl running from the police and hotel attendants helping hiding fugitive.

The microwave was faulty

The staff didn't provide me with a working tv remote,the appearance of the place was spooky. A lott of walking man look like they were homeless in front of the building . How ever the room was spacious and comfortable.

First room we checked into. The door didn't lock. I literally pushed on the door from the outside and almost fell on the floor. We then switched rooms, turned on the heater and the smoke alarm came on. Major fear of carbon monoxide. Asked the front desk staff for help. The guy told me he could do anything about it. He could put that's something is wrong with it and that's all. Red Roof Inn do better.

the room was dirty, it didn’t have a microwave, there were no towels or rags in the bathroom I had to ask for some and when I went to get them from the front she gave me 3 towels and 3 rags even though we had 4 people in the room and said that’s all she could find…. the towels looked like someone had scrubbed the floor with them and even after washing them they were still covered in dirty black spots…. there was broken glass in the parking lot

It was drug dealers and drug users everywhere People sleeping in the stairwell , hard to open my door. My sink leaked so all my stuff got wet. But the front staff did offer to dry them, but my Lyft was here. It was hard to tell who actually worked there. Cause it was so many people coming back and forth from behind the desk that looked like guests.

I only liked the front desk staff that checked me in. She is awesome.

The first room smelled like cigar or pot, could not tell, just terrible. It had no working phone, and the desk chair was broken. I had to call the front desk, from my own cell phone! We were moved to another room, but that one had a dresser where the drawers roll open, which is a tripping hazzard. If the hotel had not already taken my room fee, I would booked elsewhere as suggested by the police person outside. The staff was nice, but the hotel itself needs a review/walk through from the manager or owner, apparently, and some things need to be addressed and fixed!

The front desk person was nice. She was very attentive, too. There is a patrol car outside for her safety, and the guests.
