Ceiling was dirty. Bathroom door wouldn’t close because of hump in floor. wrong toilet seat on toilet. Bed was very uncomfortable

The room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathroom. They don't seem to clean very well. There was food, trash and a condom under the bed. The beds are ok but a little hard. They could invest in some better pillows. For the price I would expect a little more.

As far as I know, there was no maid. I was there for 3 days. Our room was never made up nor cleaned and I didn't see a maid in the hall ever. I took my own trash out and got my own towels from the front desk. Under the bed were belongings from a previous person (games, sock) , along with trash. Water was leaking from the toilet (I didn't bother to report it)

The gentlemen at the front desk was quite pleasant and helpful. It was the least expensive place around. Parking was sufficient. In room...coffee maker, iron, ironing board, shampoo, bar soap, tv with remote, clock. (no phone, but doesn't everyone have a cell phone these days?) No problem with having a pet, but room door opened to an interior first floor hall not far to get outside.

Room140 had some roaches in there.The guest room attendant needs to pay close attention of the dust and dirty behind the night stand. Then I'm the victim of City Corruption of Philadelphia,the young lady comes to were I'm staying and telling my friends and the hotel employees that she's robbing me MelindaFields..They gave her a key to my room and she stole a pair of earrings.

Will I was stuck here in Lancaster Pa, cause my truck engine blow. It was convenient in the area of shops&eateries.

found out when we were packing to leave that there were roaches so we had to stop at laundry mat and wash everything before going home. also people were sitting outside of our room by the air conditioner smoking dope and our room reeked of pot the entire time. checkout time was 11 but the owner woke us up beating on the door at 9:30 asking if we were checking out or staying another night

Bathroom door was broken as was one of the windows, security lock for room was also non existant. Coffee must have been split all over wall at some point. Shower did not drain properly. The shower and sink both were missing the handle to make changing temperature of the water more complicated.

The room smelled stuffy, and the bathroom had serious decay and mold around the base of the toilet. Most of all we were with our 7 and 8 year old grand children who were looking forward to going swimming and the pool was not available because it needed service!

The room smelled. From the time you walked into the room. Front desk gave us air freshener refills, after they were notified. I also had some pine cleaner to help with the smell. The room still smelled. Sometimes the room smelled like urine and funk. The air freshener helped a bit along with the cleaner. If that wasn't enough we had to deal with ants. Slept with the light on every night. Didn't have a rail to get in and out of the shower.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great.

Awful lot of clutter / trash / old furniture around the buildings. Not everything was in good repair. Toilet tank lid duct taped down - with black tape, screws missing from security locks, etc.

Room was clean enough, and we had a pleasant enough stay.
