The bed was awful and hard. The bathroom fixtures were not fully attached and some of the lights didn't work at all.

The room looked run down, but the bathroom had bugs. I would not book this place as most people who are booked, don't seem to be all there.

Broken chair next to the desk (when you sat on it, it would nearly fall over because of a bad wheel), missing trashcan (nowhere to throw away the garbage so we had to walk it outside a few times), sink kept filling up with water when used to wash our hands or brush our teeth (not sure why this was happening, maybe plumbing is bad), holes/stains in the bedding (could just need replacing. they looked pretty aged from wear and tear), broken toilet paper roll holder (tp was on the back part of the toilet which is honestly fine, the wall itself looked a bit rough though), missing microwave turn table (made it challenging to use the microwave but we made due without) and some really noisy people in the parking lot kept waking us at night but otherwise we were able to tolerate it.

It had good parking and the location was good for the event I was attending. It was very close to the Walmart which was super convinient if we needed necessities. The staff were friendly and helpful when our first room wasn't ready. The room was a decent size and had functional air conditioning for the hot days there. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience with exception to a few things that we experienced which I will outline below.

It was like walking thru a bad neighbor to check in. The front desk staff had 4 guys in there all morning, and looked like they were up to no good. There were homeless people set up sleeping all around the motel. The drug dealing, and marijuana smoking was out of control, and you had to tip toe thru empty drug baggies every day. Would not recommend it for families!!!

The outside of the property looked kind of rough or as my wife would say “scary”. Our room door looked as though it had been hit with a battering ram. The stairs to go up made my wife trip because a step was loose. Trash cans overflowing. Laundry left out in the breezeway. There were people hanging outside their rooms playing loud music. It appeared that there were some sort of “deals” going on, and I’m pretty sure there was some prostitution going on. I will admit that I’m making assumptions and could be totally wrong, so take it for what it is, but the perception is enough to make me wonder and a bit nervous.

The room had been remodeled and looked nice. It was also close to shopping and dining.

The outside grounds were extremely dirty. The room was okay. There were people hanging out around the hotel. I even saw a shopping cart that looked like it belonged to a homeless person.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Me and my guest had a HUGE problem with our housekeeper. She did NOT identify herself. She was very rude, talked over us continuously, tried barging in the room trying to push through the doorway where my guest was standing because she LEFT company cleaning supplies in a room that was SOLD to a customer. We then tried to check up on our complaint about the house keeper, and the house keeper ended up including herself in the conversation while having a nasty attitude as she did before and talking over me and my guest like stated in the complaint about her prior. The housekeeper even stated we were “only trying to get a free stay” because we were complaining. We had to tell the Wonderful Woman & Man behind the Lobby desk to watch the cameras and make their last judgement on the situation because the housekeeper kept interfering with the conversation. we were appalled.

I like the location of the property, it offers fresh food and fast food nearby.
