The floors near the beds were dirty. There was a dirty sock left in the room. The water wasn't hot. The toilet sits low. Bathroom was little. The toilet water and sink water went down slow.

The staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean.

Needs updated furniture and linens.

I read some reviews that were frightful after I had already booked. I was so very pleased that they were largely exaggerated. I'm usually stay at more well-known establishments, but I gave this place a try. Heidi is truly the gem everyone implied that she would be. My room was clean, and there was no sight of bugs whatsoever. The place could definitely update their furniture and linens, but beyond that, it was just fine for the little time spent in the room. We were in King Room 136

The staff was awesome especially Juanita and the other 2 ladies I cannot remember there names sorry! The only issue was the addicts nodding out at the smoking section all day i wouldn't have cared because that's not my issue. That's their issue.But the thing is, there's little kids around, and they should not be seeing that they should have been kicked out. But other than that, my stay was awesome. They moved us rooms 3 times but they did accommodate every time. And for the price, it's close to the beach, it's close to the boardwalk, and everybody is really friendly. The maintenance guy is awesome too! We will return. I just hope they get these Addicts out of here they are up all night outside motorcycles On loud at two am and nodding out all morning long outside

The water was not hot whether it was peak hours when others were showering or not. Other people staying there left their dogs locked in the room barking and they didn't return until 11:30pm.

The price and location wasn't heavy with traffic.

Price was a bit high. Location was not the best. I was charged a $50.00 fee (deposit) that was never credited. We did not smoke. We did not have pets. We did not damage anything. I would hate to think that they kept my deposit because my review was not the greatest. But, I know of no other reason they would have kept it. This added to what I feel like was an already higher price for the room.

The staff at check in was amiable, but seemed put out when I asked for a luggage caddy. The condition of the paint, the cleanliness of the carpets, all was in rough condition.

The staff was pretty curt, and the hallway carpets were rather heavily stained. The elevator stopped working sometime during the night and getting to the checkout with our luggage was pretty rough. The room in general was okay.

The room was okay cleanliness wise; I was once a housekeeper, so I tend to look at a lot of things. There was hair in the tub, the vent was dirty in the bathroom. The toilet was really loud and would spit water up at you. The beds weren't the most comfortable. One of the housekeepers were borderline sexually harassing my husband on our second day, it was very unprofessional and not appreciated. She told other house keepers in the elevator with my husband that he looked like a man who could take what he wanted and told him she remembered his "fine ass". It made my husband very uncomfortable. She was a tall skinny middle aged African American woman.

The location was pretty close to the beach and a straight shot, its right beside a mini golf place if that's your thing. Mcdonalds is within walking distance. They have entrances that you have access to that are more convenient to your hotel room besides just the main one. The price was reasonable.

The bathroom wouldn’t flush. You had to repeatedly flush it and hold the handle down and then it still didn’t want to flush. The refrigerator was leaking and water was all over the floor. I had to call maintenance to address the issue.

The staff was friendly and it was convenient to a food place, and the beach.

6 dead bugs in various parts of the room. Looks like it hadn't been properly cleaned. Or maybe the bugs showed up after cleaning, but before checking in, either way, unpleasant. And the toliet didn't quite flush properly.

The room was very spacious. The interior was a good basic room. Walking distance of the beach. The linens were clean, and bathroom was clean no mold. Cable TV standard, and access to Netflix. The wifi was good enough to work from the hotel.

Deposit on arrival that I was unaware of. Phone did not work the entire time. I could not call desk for towels. We had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. Elevator out of service 2 of the 7 days.

Prices were good. Deposit taken at arrival, was unaware that would happen. I paid in full on arrival and saw an extra separate charge of over $100. Parking was great. Pool was convenient and clean but surroundings and chairs were dirty.

One elevator for the B side of the property, lots of dirt in the floor like they forgot to sweep it into a dustpan, my mom woke up to a roach crawling on her last night, the shower wasn't very hot even on ONLY hot. Q

The location was close to the beach access, there was plenty of parking... the bed was comfortable, and the front desk workers were very helpful and nice. The ice machine was a life saver with no refrigerator
