the staff at the hotel specifically a member named Raj (I hope I am spelling his name right) was phenomenal. every need and question we had he went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable. my toddler wasted to go swimming the first night we were there but we did a late check in, and still needed to go get dinner. Raj to us not to worry about the 10pm pool cutoff time to accommodate my toddlers want of swimming. we still didn't stay past the 10pm cutoff time, however that was extremely exceptional service.

the 2nd days breakfast on Sunday the apple juice was out, when someone went to tell the staff, they removed the sign and didn't refill it.

Great location on the highway. Great rooms for the price. Very comfortable bed.

Cheap motel quality breakfast.

The accessible room was very small. It was almost impossible to get my husband in and out of his wheelchair with a lift because there was not enough room. Even though the bed had legs instead of a platform, the lift did not fit under the bed. I had requested a room with a bed and a sofa sleeper (it’s easier to put my husband on the sleeper) and I had called the property to verbally request the room I needed. When we checked in I was told that they didn’t have any rooms with a sofa sleeper and the only accessible room they had was only a king bed. We were 3 adults traveling. They tried to give me 2 rooms and it was costing me double the reservation price which I couldn’t afford. I asked for a cot and was told they didn’t have any which was fine because a cot would not have fitted in the room.

Rooms were clean, beds were good. Breakfast was okay. Overall clean. Pool ws fun and clean

Unfortunately, they charged me twice and I am unable to get in touch with them. I had asked at at the front desk, but they didn't see the transaction. Therefore my negative review, as I am still trying to get my money back. For now it was too expensive for what is was. For the normal price, it was all good.

Had a bad order, carpet hat spots. Didn't smell clean. Bath/shower had hair in the tub.

Air conditioner wasn't cooling completely on days that were over 100 degrees.

The breakfast could have been better by changing it instead of the same exact one every day. There were no hash browns either and that would have been good.

Very much liked the breakfast options, good view from the hotel room, room was clean upon arrival, check in was quick.
