The first room I got the floor was nasty! The second room was ok but I had to sweep the floor because no one did it, bugs was everywhere!

The staff was very nice!

Could've told others to pick up there trash and there babies diapers at the pool and the pool felt like it wasn't cleaned, shocked and or treated right because it made the water toys have an odor. And a few roaches were spotted, not too bad though and refrigerator wasn't keeping anything cold.

Shortage of towels, Bed was thin mattress. no coffee pot in room or in Lobby. No breakfast available.

Shower head was squirting water from behind no toilet paper housekeeper took towels and never brought me clean towels back heavy blanket had a funky smell to a stain that was on it that looked yellowish reddish no trash can in room and no remote to tv in room i asked housekeeping for one and got told i would get one but never did. Didn't get the room i had asked for baseboards were missing on a corner next to restroom and smoke alarm was sitting on table with battery next to it and housekeeping said all rooms don't have smoke detectors connected

We were tired when we made it to check in, and so we checked in early, carrying all our bags to get to our room that was locked and couldn't be open by our key and not opened by a master key. I will say the maintenance man was really apologetic to us and said he'd put us in another room. The room he took us to wasn't far off, but it hadn't been cleaned yet, so he radioed housekeeping to come immediately, and my boyfriend helped him clean and make the bed so we could rest. Then we went to the restroom and found no towels there, no soap, and the back of the toilet was off because it needed repairing. We found the maintenance man again, and he came right in and apologized again. So there were bumps after bumps, but the maintenance man did help make things right. Also if people stay there with their dog it would be nice if they were on a leash, as soon as we were exiting our car, a big dog ran up to me while I was trying to exit, and I'm afraid of dogs, and the lady had to run over to get it, and my bf said it's just a baby, but you can't take chances on if one bites or not!

Nice staff, liked the room size! The prices were not bad, and location! If you have pets, I saw some people with dogs there, just please have your dog on a leash! I also saw a cat, so they are accommodating.

The toilet didn't flush, the phone didn't work. I tried to call them to tell them about the issues,, because I was already in my pajamas and waiting on my delivery so I was unable to go to the desk, and didn't have the money to go to another place, so I told them, when I checked out. The girl said oh, we must have forgotten to turn the water back on the toilet, then she said, oh the tub is clogged with hair and yeah they are working on the phone lines so some of the phones didn't work. The bathtub filled with water while I was taking a shower. There were muddy footprints from the bathroom to the front door. I'm assuming the toilet leaked, so they had to turn off the water, causing the muddy footprints. The whole place was gross. The pool was green, the grass wasn't mowed, no curb appeal at all. Cockroaches, a rusty microwave and some kind of wires hanging inside of the refrigerator, looking like a fire hazard. The sitting chair needed to go in the trash, it was in awful shape. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never stay again. I took photos, of everything except the pee and paper in the toilet.
