The bed I had was quite noisy and stiff, and the A/c would constantly kick off and on even with it set to constant.

Kids loved the pool, and they had floaties available for little kids.

The beds were horrible. They were so hard and my back and side actually hurt really bad when I woke up. Im getting older but im only 41 and those beds were not cool. I dont know if thats just our room or what #136. But not a good night aleep

Location was a little sketchy but mostly okay for a quick one night stay on a road trip. Our door was tricky to open and needed a shove.

Room was pretty clean, beds were good, and the bathroom was nice. Enjoyed the pool and pool towels that were provided. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Staff is super friendly. The facility is older but clean and comfortable. Interesting drive across the mountains to get there. Breakfast was the usual "continental". It was ok for what it was.

When we entered our room there was 2 fly inside. Then 1 of the big towel they provided was dirty and has yellow stain on it. Our room is located downstairs and we can hear every footsteps above us. We were so tired that night that we were able to sleep on it.

The facility is dated, but it works well for us because it is clean and convenient.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast included muffins, waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, 4 cold cereals, yogurt, oranges, coffee, tea and juice. Drove to Shasta dam - beautiful drive and setting.

No pet area

It was just 1 night with a pet. Nice there was no carpet for a pet friendly room. Check in and out was very quick and easy. Nice ladies in the office. Location was ok.

Noisy. All rooms near a stairwell should be discounted. It sounded like the person above me was moving furniture all night long.

Breakfast was basic and warm. Quantity was good, quality was good, variety was basic. Could use more pastries. Thankful that breakfast was available.

The room was spacious and had a pull out ccuch.. our vehicle began to overheat on our way back to Oregon,so we had to find some place to spend the night last minute. The staff was kind, and check in was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Tha parking lot is very small and narrow and my family and I barely got any sleep because we were assigned a room with an adjoining door to a room with a screaming toddler that the parents did nothing for to stop it but yell.

The motel itself was pretty good the staff was very friendly the pool area was clean and they had free breakfast.

The location was not the greatest. Parking if you have a trailer is terrible. We had to park on the street. There were not so great people on the street so we weren’t happy about parking there.

The air conditioning was a bit loud, but it really wasn't a big deal. It cooled the room off adequately. This location isn't quite as close to stores like a Safeway for example, but this is also a minor issue

I had asked about parking as I am driving a long pickup and a long trailer. I was told that accommodations would be made, but it involved having to decouple the trailer and park against the traffic flow grain. Getting out was going against traffic flow, as well. Older place that has had some upgrades, but the age is evident without being dominant.

The room was clean. Plenty of towels for our party. Breakfast had some protein choices as well as waffles, bagels and cereal.
