The sink in our bathroom only dripped. No flow at all. The housekeeping never showed up on one of the days. However the room was quite large which was nice.

Lovely building and location. The restaurant/bar was exceptional for the food, drink and excellent staff. The highlight of the hotel.

The restaurant was a disappointment. We showed up on time and we're made to wait for our reserved table. The restaurant was nowhere near full and yet our table was not ready and then as a late adjustment we moved to another unimpressive location next to a drafty window. The online pictures represented an elegant dining experience, it was not. We both had appetizers and high priced entrees yet there was no salad offered. For the price point we could have easily had a much more enjoyable dining experience if only we had known. To top it off. Your reservation was early evening and well ahead of closing, however throughout the entire time we were dining, the staff was busy setting up tables for the Sunday breakfast. This wss very disruptive, noisy, and a real detractor for an elegant dining experience it was purported to be. We intentionally skipped breakfast as our dining experience was not what we had hoped it would be. Not a good benchmark for a supposedly well reputed restaurant so close to the Capitol.

Room and amenities were wonderful. A very nice surprise was the free shuttle to and from our evening venue. Didn't expect it and it was wonderful not to have to worry about other arrangements a big plus. The front desk staff were professional friendly and very helpful. The room was clean comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom what sizeable modern and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were very happy with the accommodations. We will stay here again if in the area.

No food for late arrival except some packed long-term-storage crap on a shelf, no room service, only the bar with alcohol. I flew all day from California, don't need any alcohol, but at least some fresh and actially edible snacks would be nice.

Breakfast. I ordered pancakes. The portion would have fed a family. I would have preferred a roll some pancakes, some fruit ... No restaurant was open. I arrived at around 8 pm on a Sunday.

Felt the parking garage could have been safer. Felt like anyone off the street could have been lying in wait there. Also, when advising the waitstaff we were in earnest trying to make a show things could have been a bit more efficient.

Great location as there for show at the Egg. Very conveniently located.

I have stayed here a few times before and the cleanliness of the room was not great this time. the light bulbs were dim - a few out. someone’s contacts from previous stay were there. the sink had residue of food from what I guess was someone brushing their teeth. The shower had hair all in it. between the doors was filled with dirt in the crevice.

no liners for garbage cans (tough for when you have a diaper or anything wet to toss). sofa bed was on a backward incline so my daughter couldn’t sleep on it. hard to see in bathroom at night without nightlights. wall was stained as was couch. didn’t feel very clean.

Honestly, I was caught off guard by the ultra modern spaces after I left the lobby. I expected old-warm charm, not 21st Century sharp angles and minimalism.
