The Hotel was two blocks from the Civic Center, where we attended the IHSMTA Performance. It was great to be able to walk to the hotel after. The room was quiet, beds comfortable. For breakfast, we ordered off the breakfast menu. I had Eggs Benedict, The egg was poached to perfection. I wasn't a fan of the fried potatos, ( deep fried), but the rest was very good.

I didn’t get to see the full finished bar due to renovations and the tv in our room has low pixel quality.

No staff around for check in or check out stood in the waiting area for extended periods of time with no way to get a hold of anyone. The staff seem bothered that we were there to check in. She didn't even welcome us. Someone set the alarm clock for 7am. The room was listed as sound proof and they are absolutely not. We heard every door slam all night long.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Kevin murphy shampoo products. Nice shower, big TV. Parking was easy.

We left prescription glasses in the room. I called to have them looked for twice and was told I would receive a call back but have not received one.

Being woken up by overly enthusiastic house keeper banging on our door just after 9am on the morning of checkout. No need for this, we were due to leave by 11. This was followed by another housekeeper at 10am. Carpet outside our room was crumpled and a trip hazard.

Good location, comfortable room. Server on the bar gave great service.

I didnt love that the front doors were not usable as we parked in the 4th and locust parking garage and it wasn't as easy to navigate in the cold january weather through an unfamiliar maze.

The staff was very friendly, clean in all areas and well labeled and lit.

Very small sink that tends to spill water on the floor.

Fantastic location downtown and walking distance from all kinds of centrally located shops and restaurants. Close to civic center and lots of parking. Quiet and clean.

I went to the front desk to ask for an extended/late checkout and asked for 12:30 or 1pm. The woman helping me said “I can do noon.” Thinking that checkout was at 11, like many other places, I said ok. I went back to the room and saw listed on the bathroom door that checkout was ordinarily at noon. She didn’t offer me anything or tell me that the hotels checkout was noon. How rude.

The location is perfect; it’s close to everything downtown.

My room kind of had an older, stale cigarette smoke smell. Not like someone has smoked in it recently, but like maybe it used to be a smoking room when that was a thing. I only noticed it when entering the room the first few minutes. It didn’t linger on clothing or bedding or anything. Just kind of faintly there.

Very nice place close to my office. A little spendy for a night, but I suppose it’s because of the location. Nice bar area (good food and drinks!!), comfy bed, nice up to date bathroom in the room, nice lobby. I would stay again!

We didn't have any issues, but it was weird the fridge was just on the ground and not on a table or desk.

Easy check in, relatively cheap parking across the street, and a nice large room with really comfy beds. Liked having a fridge in the room.

water did not get hot in the room, left it run and run, but it was still cold. wait staff was terrible and so was the front desk, people didn't even greet you. Breakfast we horrible for the price, wait staff again, slow unresponsive when you asked for something. the only place that got it right was the bar, they were attentive and quick.
