I didn't realize the room didn't have like a bathroom separation. It was a curtain that sectioned on the area that had the toilet and shower.

It was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. And it was t very far from the things we wanted to do and try.

Because it’s located on the top of a mall, you had to go to the 12th floor to go back down to your floor. But hey, stop up for food/drink before you go back down. WiFi wasn’t the greatest but if you’re a member of BonVoy Marriott (which is free to join), it was free at least.

I was there for a couple of nights. I was in the city for a concert at Citi Field so the location perfect. A 20 minute (give or take) walk. The view of the city from the 12th floor was beautiful especially at sunset. The food at the hotel restaurant was great. The drinks were even better. Definitely try the Mezcal Mango Passion with or without the smokey flavour. Delicious!!! The bartender those evenings was amazing as well. Shout out to her!!

One of the elevators was Broken the whole time i was there. On the third night I was sleeping and around 5:30AM the window Blew Open from the wind leaving me frozen in the room, until somebody came and fixed it.

The Room was Clean and Quiet they had good food in the restaurant. The Pool was Great and the Spa facilities were very nice… A Good location with Accessible transportation…

The breakfast was appreciated but had some draw backs. The omelets did not come with any kind of bread and when we asked for toast they brought out white bread and said there was no whole wheat. Who eats white bread? It's poor fiber and generally not healthy! One of our group experienced an unpleasant encounter with the desk at checkout and they didn't take her Am Ex card although Am Ex approved the transaction as viewed on the payment screen.

The location was close to the US Open. Some people actually walked there, but our group was mostly seniors so that wasn't an option. The desk people helped us find a ride to the park the first day, but not so much after that. The hotel was relatively new and the view from the 12th floor was awesome. Some of our group had hor'derves from the bar( ex sliders) that were great.

For the price, we should have had more options included in the price- like adding pancakes or toast. Should have been able to have both juice and coffee. Salad on a plate with breakfast is a waste. Better to have fresh fruit.

The elevators were confusing. Some only goes to certain floors and others to all floors. Most of the floors don’t have the signage to state which elevators to take.

The elevator system was a bit confusing at 1st. The air system makes pretty loud noise when it's functioning.

The design of the property and the room were modern, tasteful and the van in the roof terrace added some fun element as well. The location was superb. Staff members were all professional and courteous.

Few family members caught covid after the stay, need more sanitizing for the rooms. Also the open concept washroom/bathroom does not work well for family.

The staffs provide excellent services and friendly. Location is good and lots of nearby restaurants.
