Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I stayed at this hotel recently during a concert week, and honestly, it couldn’t have worked out more perfectly. The location was exactly where I needed to be, which took away a lot of the usual stress of getting around in an unfamiliar place. From the moment I arrived, the valet service made everything simple. The guys out front were so friendly and welcoming. It just made that first impression feel easy and smooth. Even with the place buzzing with other guests heading to the same concert, the hotel staff remained calm, kind, and professional the entire time. You could tell they were used to handling busy nights, but still made every guest feel seen and taken care of. I really appreciated how warm and patient everyone was. It made a huge difference, especially after a long flight. The hotel itself had such a nice atmosphere. Everything felt stylish and put together without being over the top. I really enjoyed the little details, the lighting, the textures, and just how relaxing everything looked and felt. The amenities were well thought out and easy to access, and I never felt like I had to search for anything. My room was probably one of the most comfortable ones I’ve stayed in lately. It was clean, spacious, and the bed was amazing. After a long day on my feet, coming back to that space felt like such a reward. I had room to unpack, unwind, and just breathe. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re visiting for an event or just want a comfortable, peaceful stay with great service, I really can’t recommend this place enough. It was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time.

I have no complaints!

We really liked everything about our stay.

Some cleaning details I should have complained and requested a cleaning or move room .the shower curtain was very yellow at the bottom it, smelled like pee in the restroom soon as u walked in. I just didn't want to deal with it and enjoy the holiday and I regret. Not saying anything.now that I think about it was gross . If it was cleaner I would of tipped the house keeping did do a great job other then that.

I liked everything
How close it was to the stadium, they had a photo booth set up for the concert we went to which was so awesome. Wonderful staff, felt safe when the concert was over they made sure we got in safely

Great Location! Went for the Kendrick Lamar and Sza concert and it was a 5 minute walk to the stadium… Tons of things to do in the area… Mall, Food, Movies, Golf, Go Karts and more…

Even though the location is not in downtown Phoenix, I found the place very pleasant next to Westgate Station, with many restaurants and entertainment options. It's a super nice and fun place to walk around. The room is very clean, with newer infrastructure, spacious, comfortable beds, and a good shower. The hotel has pleasant lounges for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, with outdoor fireplaces and a bar with meal and drink options. The hotel is spacious, with reasonably priced parking and polite staff.
