Great hotel, super friendly staff at the reception. Very near the beach and easy access to the main street for all the restaurants and shops. Also, an ABC store is across the street, which is convenient.

Room was a little small, some noises at night out in the hallway.

Location is great, close to the beach and other shopping/dining amenities. A little busy with traffic, lots of tour buses on the road near hotel. Staff was friendly, place was clean and cool. I liked having the beach accessories to borrow at the front desk.

For a night it was fine, but it did not have much room for a family if you want to stay longer (would recommend 2 rooms)

The room had a view of the beach, it was clean and nicely set up though small. The beds weren't as large as we were used to, so it was a little squishy for 2 adults and 2 kids to share. It was fine for an overnight stay and the staff did all they could to allow for an early check-in (very much appreciated). Staff were friendly and helpful, and there was free coffee in the morning. There are ABC stores everywhere nearby, a shave ice place and loads of food options (Lu Lu's & Cheeseburger in Paradise were great). The beach is half a block walk, if that!

Loud street noise VERY early in the morning. No laundry in the building and no laundromat nearby. Nice that they lend out snorkeling gear, but the quality wasn’t great so we still ended up renting equipment at the location.

Bathroom light fills the whole room … not good for those who use it during the night. Valet parking is expensive (but there is public parking for $ 0.50/hour, at walking distance).

We stayed for 9 nights, and we had a wonderful time, bed was really comfortable and big, air-conditioning worked amazing, the room was big, and the staff were so helpful and really kind. We loved the use of the clean beach towels every morning, it was so easy staying here. We will be back.

If I had to say one thing, we closed the wood doors to the windows, and they were really squeaky, need to be oiled. Not a deal breaker, just a suggestion. Loved the Hotel

Everything was great, and very clean. Also, the hallways smelled so fresh. One of the cherries on top, was the cold, refreshing white towels, given to us at check in. They were truly AMAZING!! What a nice, wonderful thing to get those. I will stay here again!
